I never write reviews but today I had to tell the staff members that I had a bad experience. As I was getting treated by Dr. Meagan she did not show any sympathy for my inflated gums. She had 4 other patients and I get it, it's lunch time. She acted like she wouldn't even give me the time of the day. She told me to still wear my aligners with inflamed gums. I told her that I was not satisfied with my bottom teeth and they have shifted. She just told the tech to scan me and walked away. She didn't give an actual fuck. Also, the tech that was working with me was very sweet. She asked Dr. Meagan 2 questions and Dr. Meagan didn't even answer her. While in front of me, the patient. Then when the tech was trying to explain why I was being seen today, she just interrupted her and moved on to the next thing. I have never in my life seen a provider be so unprofessional. I get it, she's busy and it was lunch time but do your job. You could tell she was only in this field to make money by seeing as many pts as possible in a certain time frame. Why couldn't they look at my pictures then call me to let me know how much it would cost? So my insurance could pay for the extra appointment? I'm definitely going to find somewhere else to go. I do not what the bill is for and in 4-months have not been sent a copy of the services that are supposed to have been provided, nor the dates of service. On prior visits to the office I have been told that I had a credit, which is usual. Bills at this office are due at the time of service, as posted. No request for strange past services have ever been presented me in person. Again, send me that bill, service description and time of service! The Customer Care individual is not the person in the picture. Who else is having this problem???

I believe this office has several things to work on…read more I've had a total of 3 visits, and 2/3 visits were very chaotic, unorganized, and simply put, not a great experience. The first visit, I scheduled for my kids' cleaning (due to our former dentist no longer taking our insurance). Upon arrival, I was there 15min early. I was given forms that I already completed and filled out online. The lady at the front desk was very rude and did not appropriately run my insurance, which caused a 45min delay. Once that was cleared up, I was not issued an apology, I was asked to reschedule, because it was an hour past the appointment time, and they were unable to see my children. Upon the second visit, I was quickly greeted, and the staff and doctor were great! However, I again, had to fill out the forms I previously filled out a third time. However, we were in and out with their cleanings, X-rays, and assessments. Ms. Cookie was our hygienist, and my son has asked for her several times since that appointment! She was very attentive, personable, professional, and explained the process each step of the way. The third visit, we arrived 15min early to our 9am appointment, with 2-3 families ahead of us in the waiting area. All of the families were taken back around 9:30 as a group, and then dispersed per the necessary treatment. We waited an additional 40min until my son was seen to receive his treatment. I encourage management to stop overbooking while short staffed. The staff are clearly overwhelmed and unhappy with conditions due to the workload and patience required to deal with upset people all day. The level of professionalism and side comments to patients and guests about their experience as employees is impertinent. Patients' time is not considered, and it truly makes me want to find another dental office because it is such a chaotic environment.

I'm honestly really angry about how my root canal was handled. I was stuck in the chair for over 3…read morehours and still left with my tooth not even finished and basically open. On top of that, I was only then told I'd need multiple more visits just to complete a single root canal, which was never made clear to me beforehand. The whole appointment felt disorganized. There was water spraying everywhere at one point, and I even saw tools dropped on the floor and then picked up again instead of being replaced. That's not something you expect when you're sitting through a dental treatment like this, and it made the whole experience feel really unprofessional. Dr. Fuller seemed unsure of what she was doing, even though she kept insisting everything was going well. But after sitting there for hours with no real progress or completion, it was hard to believe that. From my perspective, things clearly weren't going smoothly. I don't recommend getting a root canal done by Dr. Fuller. Now I'm left with an open tooth, more visits I wasn't prepared for, and honestly a lot of anxiety about going back to finish this. I feel frustrated and disappointed, and I really regret how this has turned out so far.
