After I moved out they claimed I owed hundreds of dollars in move out fees (which is NOT on the lease, but they claim they are "allowed" to add any additional fees to your lease as they see fit). They sent me an addendum to my lease at move out that I never even signed and said that I had to honor the addendum even without my signature on it! They sent me bills for their cleaners, even though it was a standard cleaning/prepping for the next tenant forcing me to pay for the apt turnover. When I called them out on this bc I left the apt in the same condition I received it, they said they had to clean it twice but the bill they used as "evidence" clearly only showed a single standard apt cleaning prep. They threatened to take me to a collection agency without any evidence that I owed them a penny. I was a good tenant, payed my rent on time and in full every month, only to be strong armed and threatened until I dished out money that I didn't owe them. Please Google "Inland Residential Real Estate Services" and read about the company that owns this apt complex. You'll see that they have forced hundreds of tenants across the country to pay fraudulent charges by using threats and collection agencies to destroy a tenant's credit unless they pay unnecessary and false charge amounts.

Honest review: Lived here over two years now, seen the worst…read morethings. No one cares after you sign your lease. So don't complain. Toilet backs up is your problem. It's like pulling teeth to get help around here. The office people are the most unfriendliest and disgusting people that work there. I don't know how the manager is even a manager NO PEOPLE SKILLS. I don't know how any of them got a customer service/hospitality job. If you complain to any higher ups is some how comes right back to the office to address it. I give up. I decided now every time I have an issue moving forward I will post it. People have dogs they rent to here do not pick up after their dog. My dogs step in it, they don't care to clean the place. They have a guy hauling a garbage bin and not picking up garbage. I seen him with my own two eyes. Oh and here is a picture of what was left at my front door after they were busy cutting trees all day. No one picked it up. Looks like a fucking crime scene. We are in Elmwood Park! Welcome!!!
