Love my apartment!…read more My husband and I have been living in this complex for four years now. We love it! The staff is always quick to respond to any problems we have and if they can't they replace things right away! Penny is always polite and sweet in the office. This is a quiet and safe location. No hidden fees, just a great living environment.

Let's start with the Pros: 1. It's walking distance to…read moreShoprite. 2. It's walking distance to YMCA 3. It's walking distance to JFK elementary School Other than it's location, there really isn't much to brag about this place. Cons: 1. It's FULL of old people. I mean, it's not a bad thing but it's more like a retirement home than it is an apartment complex. 2. Said old people are very cranky to loud music or any sort of noise. If you have any guests over or even watch a movie with decent volume, the walls are constructed so bad you can hear the people living around you. I had to put up with the sound of a vacuum machine going off at like 11PM every other night. 3. The people working here just don't understand what maintenance means. I pay hundreds a month that goes towards maintenance fees and when my sink breaks, they literally take DAYS to come check it out. Even if you put it in as an emergency, they still take forever. 4. The creaky floors! They drove me nuts for WEEKS! I had carpet installed to dull the noise but that only does so much. So overall, other than being located in a semi okay spot in Wayne, I would not suggest living here.

I been here for a 4 years. The maintenance is very good they take care of the problems quickly…read more Grounds lawns are maintained. However, I been noticing a few issues. Shutters fell off the buildings and not rehung and are faded. Dirty siding especially around the windows. Cracked bricks and walls inside and out. and slanted floors in apartment that draws will open on there own., Not sound proof and I have rugs in all rooms and hallway and can hear my neighbors snoring. HVAC system needs cleaning in the ducts. I Pay much more than listed price on most sites and get less. The second floor apartments don't have laundry in apartment you need to go To the laundry room in the complex or a laundry mat. There really aren't any amenities offered to the tenants. They have a few picnic tables older and broken in front of complex only. No Bbq areas , no gym , no pool ,no assigned parking. They used to have nice entrance but that too has gone down hill. This place sucks if you're a non-smoker. I spent over $500 in air fresheners the past 4 months…read morejust to wait for my lease to expire so I could get the hell out of here. All so the superintendent could say "I don't smell it." Perhaps because he's a smoker himself? But I digress. People would gag visiting my place. The lady in the apartment below me smokes like a chimney IN HER APARTMENT, day and night, and I would hear her coughing all night. The smoke seeps through the cracks and pipes. My bedroom was the only room that was somehow spared of the smell but the kitchen, bathroom and living room were odoriferous beyond belief. But alas just because the bedroom could escape the smoke doesn't mean everything would be ok with it! In the bedroom, the ceiling would deteriorate in front of my eyes (check out the pics I've included); anytime it rained heavily, parts of it would crumble. As if there was a hole in my ceiling. Perhaps it's better in some units but I could tell you, mine smelled like a perpetual ash tray. Sometimes my poor cat would smell like cigarettes. It's beyond me that you're not allowed to smoke in bars and restaurants, where someone could be visiting, but it's perfectly acceptable to smoke inside a rental apartment where someone lives. In winter time, my heat would routinely break and the solution was to "boil a pot of water" so it warms up. Once? Ok. Twice? Maybe. 6 times in one winter? Totally unacceptable. I STRONGLY advise against renting at this place. Well unless you're a smoker, than go right ahead and enjoy!
