Today left the store with the two defective shirts that were sewn smaller than the other shirts that I bought which were like them. The items were bought within a month and still had tags on them. I returned them because of the defective sizing, I didn't have a receipt. They were unable to use my frequent buyer card to look up the cost and refused to take my word on the price. They were unfriendly and acted like they were doing me a favor. I will no longer shop there because of their attitude with returns.

I saw staffers on the floor actively helping people and trying to keep things orderly. I couldnt walk 5 steps without someone (probably a total of 5 someones) asking me if I was finding everything alright, needed any help, heard about this or that sale. Many times the same person would do it upon second run in. Initially I responded kindly that I was okay, and as time went on, I appeared less open to chatter, didn't make eye contact, became very short, and it did not stop! I was in no way enjoying my experience. Again, I know that is part of the job, but just because the store is dead, does not mean I need to feel that I am coming close to harassment by your questions of my ability to shop alone, do what I need to do to and find what I need. I never want to step in that store again unless there is a school bus of shoppers in front of me where I can hide without feeling I need to gasp for air from the employees. Tone it down.
