They have QR codes everywhere so you can just scan and join their rewards/app on the spot and get coupons while you shop which is kinda nice, didn't feel complicated. The vibe was cute too there's like a fire pit in the middle (even though it was sunny lol), music playing, and I swear I smelled mini donuts at one point with some bangers playing lol Also random tip but if you're signed up with Lindt you can get free chocolate bag for your birthday (and like up to 30 days after). Only thing is the food area is super small, like a couple spots, so don't expect a full food court. But honestly you won't really care because there's a lot to walk through. Would go back for sure.

Van Houte maybe for a rare treat. Tommy Hillfiger but nothing fits right as I have an athletic build so... I just look. I love Softmoc, I do have too many shoes and boots but that's allowed! My ultimate spot there is Chilly Chiles as I love hot food/sauces and the staff there are great. I love the kitchen store too but I have wayyyyy too much of that stuff as I love to cook and already have fancy glasses. Mid week is best to go for service and parking - weekends, I avoid.

I guess it's better to experience growing pains and lessons learned in a smaller and less critical market. Anyway, I've been coming here pretty much since it opened, even though it's a bit of a trek for me. The trip has been more worthwhile for me since Tanger Outlets opened a Marshalls, which coincidentally is nearby to the Saks off 5th. They have a selection of items that sold in Saks Fifth Avenue, but they also have items that are exclusively at Saks off 5th (i.e. were never actually in the retail Saks Fifth Avenue boutiques). For the high-end brands, the prices are less than retail, but you won't get bargain basement prices that you will rave about for years, like at Winners or Marshalls. Case in point, I've never seen a Missoni dress at Saks off 5th go for less than $200, but I once scored a Missoni dress (in perfect condition, I should add) at Winners for $55 (!) That being said, Saks Off 5th almost always has several Missoni dresses, but you'll only see them at Winners maybe once every 5 years, and maybe only 2 of them. So selection at Saks off 5th is much better. I mean they always have high-end brands, meanwhile Winners and Marshalls will get some in during their "Runway Event" and "Red Carpet Event" respectively. These happen only a few times a year, and inventory sells out within a week or so. Nonetheless, I still love all 3 aforementioned stores (Winners and Marshalls more for the prices, and Saks off 5th more for the selection/availability). The change rooms at Saks off 5th don't have real doors; they have curtains. However, you can "lock" the curtains with hooks, which I appreciate, so strangers don't barge in on me while I'm trying to wiggle myself out of a bandage dress, haha. They have a good selection of women's and men's clothes. The kid's clothes selection is small, as is the kid's shoes section. Women's shoe section is huge. Men's shoes section is smaller. Accessories section is ok (mostly purses/wallets, jewelry and sunglasses. Some scarves and belts.) This place is like I mentioned earlier in the Tanger Outlet Mall, so there's ample free parking.

One thing that bothered me was how the newborn & infant clothes were set up on a really high rack (see pic). I'm pretty sure a tall employee had something to do with that and forgot about us short and average height people :( Please, Mr/Mrs Manager - please bring down that rack! I love Hot Topic for quirky items and this location in the Tanger Outlet Mall is big with lots of…read moreselection. I would describe the style at Hot Topic is an unusual mix of Lolita, Goth, Emo and Grunge. They have kawaii items like Hello Kitty and My Melody, but they also have black ripped up fishnet stockings and studded platform boots. They have Nirvana and the Grateful Dead T-shirts. They have Harry Potter and Emily the Strange products. Jack Skellington items from The Nightmare Before Christmas are also plentiful here. I've gotten some Star Wars items here as well as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles T-shirts and lots of Funko Pops. Oh, they have a great selection of Funko Pops. They sell clothes, accessories and collectibles. They have great stuff for Halloween and Cosplay. Staff are really nice and if you sign up for their points system they send you good coupons. Lots of free parking in the outlet mall parking lot.

I realized this past weekend that Old Navy had Canada tanks going for $6. I decided to visit the Old Navy outlet. The tanks were okay, but I'm not a tank top person. I then found two t-shirts that I liked. One was a white t-shirt with Canada written four times in old 70's-style lettering. The first two Canada instances were white with black outlining the letters. The third row had Canada in red outlining. The last row was white letters again. It was a ringer t-shirt, with red trim. Sold! I also got a grey t-shirt with little red maple leaves all over. It is also a ringer t-shirt. Each t-shirt went for $8. The price was decent. I love summer merchandise at Old Navy. The watermelon and lemon beach bags are adorable. I also secretly want a watermelon umbrella. At the checkout. I decided to get a tube of charcoal clearing mask for your face. You basically let the mask harden and you peel it off gently. I need to give it a try and see if I can truly lift it off or if I will have a permanent Halloween mask on. The checkout was fairly long. I was there for seven minutes waiting in line. I tend to be pretty patient, especially when there is a ton of merchandise to check out. The woman helping me out at the checkout was efficient and nice. I got my goods and left. Pressed for time we went to a nearby TIP TOP TAILORS and were there immediately prior to official opening. The manager Mr. Kishore saw us and invited us inside. He took the time and trouble to attend to my son and assist him with his undivided attention. He was instrumental in solving our problem quickly with no drama. we were in and out in plenty of time to get to our luncheon with the rest of our extended family. Impeccable service. Mr. Kishore is a consummate professional and Tip Top is lucky to have him.
