They also offer slim fit dress shirts which really help the men look less like they are wearing a giant garbage bag once the suit jacket comes off. I have never purchased any of the under-ware from this store, and since the section is so massive, I get the impression it's one of their staple items. It just seems a little expensive - that said, the material feels lovely, so maybe it's worth it.

They have a huge selection of regular sizes, petites and plus sizes. They have mostly business attire, but they also have casual wear and evening gowns. I love how I can actually buy evening gowns here off the rack and not need any alterations (albeit only from their petite line). So all you short and slim ladies (e.g. 0P and 2P) who have a hard time finding formal wear that doesn't require paying an arm and a leg for alterations, this is the place for you. Selection is not that great for these very small sizes, but I have purchased many gala dresses here (and a fraction of the regular price). This location also carries a good amount of Joseph Ribkoff, Frank Lyman and Katherine Barclay. Although they usually start at size 8. So great for normal sized people, but not for those wee like me :( I will be the first to admit that many items at Laura/Melanie Lyne are matronly and frumpy, but they also have some more fashionable pieces (although I guess "fashionable" is in the eye of the beholder). The discount racks are at the back of the store. Lots of free parking in the plaza.

You must call to make an appointment first - they don't take walk-ins. 2. There is limited selection. What they have is what they have. I think the place is overflow from suit manufacturers, so they get what hasn't sold in other places. 3. What they have is FANTASTIC value. I got 3 namebrand suits, 2 shirts, and 4 ties for $1000. And they all look fantastic. 4. They don't do alterations, but can recommend excellent tailors. 5. They know what a good suit should look like. Jimmy and his salespeople are absolutely phenomenal at showing you suits that would look good on your body. They also carry tuxedos, shirts, belts and a limited selection of shoes. There's not a huge selection of kids' suits - it's really a mens' shop. I would strongly you visit Jimmy if you're looking for new suits.

They often have sales of 20-60% off clearance items. I've gotten really cute pieces here for less than $10. This location at the Ottawa Trainyards is big, with lots of selection. By the time she was finished with the other customer I had started to browse the store some more and decided I really didn't want to buy the tops I had selected, so I left.

There are a large amount of items, and they are all separated by color, which is a nice touch if you are looking for a specific color, palette and easy to plan a monochromatic look. I will say that the items are definitely more expensive. Expect to see things in a 200 to $500 range.

Their selection is plentiful - classy and quirky and tailored to all personality types. They have sports one and occupations and I ended up selecting an awesome pair of silver Lego pieces. I mentioned my boyfriend was an MMA trainer and he offered to order in some boxing glove cuff links for us - wonderful customer service! I also picked up a gorgeous Nautica tie (at half off!) and some super cool dinosaur socks for the birthday boy. They have an amazing selection of men's grooming products including beard grooming supplies, European razors and a whole wall of other goodies. They also carry a ton of fun and colourful socks and an insane amount of men's underwear (the second staff member is your go to guy for men's underwear. He admits to owning hundreds of pairs!). Peggy, the manager, and her two associates were very helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. They tailored his pants while we waited. the grad sale was also excellent. Buy the jacket and receive the pants, and shirt and tie of your choice for free. my son's suit is gorgeous! They made my son feel important and he's very excited about his suit and his upcoming grad. We highly recommend Tip Top in this mall.
