This means a lot since our home backs up to a wetland area with all kinds of creepy, crawly bugs. We appreciate that our technician, Ryan Behrends, has been the same person for years, someone we've gotten to know and trust to do a great job. He's always dependable to be there at the appointment time, always checks in to see if we have had any problems since the previous visit and has been super cooperative so that we're able to open up our garage so he can do an application in there while he's here. Ryan also monitors and baits (if needed) four exterior mouse stations. We feel like the service is very affordable (about $66 every other month including the mouse stations) especially since I don't ever have to worry about a spider in the house or garage!!

Then they called me back to upsell me on additional treatment as they didn't schedule the right treatment for my ants. Now they want to come out and spray the snowbank around my house for ants. I ask them to delay for a month but they refused. This company is inflexible about moving treatment dates. They want to charge you regardless if you want or need the service. They really don't care about the customer. They never have followed-up to see if they have solved the original problem. It seems they are simply selling chemical. They want to put down as much chemical and as often as they can. I will not stay with this company. Very unsatisfied.
