Despite numerous visits, phone calls, and follow-ups, I haven't seen any real support or progress. The staff is polite, but there has been little to no action taken on my case. I understand that these services can be slow, but this level of inaction over such an extended period is unacceptable. I hope the center can improve its responsiveness and provide real help to people who are struggling to find employment or resources. It pains me deeply to leave such a review but if this is happening to me it is happening to someone else.

They used to claim to be the technology positions agency, but when you post advertisements spelling "Linux" incorrectly, odds are you don't really know a thing about technology or how to use spellcheck or a search engine. If you're looking for anything above minimum wage, don't expect much from these people. If you're only looking for minimum wage positions, they might work better for you.
