I filed my taxes there beginning of the month. I always do my taxes but this year had no time to do it so thought I could stop by get it done. They seemed nice enough in the begining but don't let that fool you. There fees are very expensive to just read from a computer program. No one there really has a vast knowledge of tax laws and guidelines and if they do they sure don't act like they know. Please also do not fall for the piece of mind scam either. Because when it comes down to it they do not truly have ur back as they will lead you to believe. So now after paying over 500 dollars in fees and many many many unreturned phone calls from them i have been trying to take care of all this on my own. I was looking for alternatives and noticed that Jackson Hewitt would do it for only $149 for new customers. They have boldly announced "NO HIDDEN FEES". I was skeptical about the pricing but they assured me that it is accurate. I submitted my paperwork in one of the stores, the next day I got a call that they would not honor the price and that I should go to another store. When I called the other store, they told me that they would not honor the price as it would mean giving me a discount of $550. When I went to collect my paperwork from the first store, she informed me the store in the local Walmart would honor the price. When I called this 3rd store, she agreed to do it for $149. After dropping off the paperwork, she called me to inform me that her boss declined to honor the price.

Well I was mislead and never got the opportunity to say no I do not agree with getting charged 604 dollars for very very simple taxes! I called you guys numerous times, no response. I was promised the district manager would reach out to me and make it right. nothing. it's been an entire month. I have also made a report to the BBB. I want a full refund due to misleading information and an employee who didnt do her job right. you wanna charge outrageous numbers then make sure your customer is aware because I sure wasnt and I'm now furious with the lack of communication from your company.
