Today, I went to return a pair, the very nice young lady called for a manager (store policy, I guess for every return) and then she started to process my return, at that point she realized my return was outside their 60 day return policy. She explained the policy and I was like, oh ok I wasn't aware. We started putting the shoe boxback in a bag and by then the manager showed up, she didn't say a word. The clerk explained about the time frame, the manager shook her head no. She didn't day 1 word to me. I was actually ok with the policy, my fault I wait 2+months before returning, but the way the manager trated me was unacceptable. She then followed me a my husband while we shopped for another pair of shoes, just standing at the end of the aisle for about 5 min and watching is before finally moving on. As someone who does customer service, I find her manager skills lacking. The young lady that originally helped me is the only reason I stayed to shop.

After doing two laps around the stores and repeatedly picking up shoes that I was interested in, looking around for someone to help me, not one employee at either location asked if I needed a size or wanted to see something. As a shoe store that doesn't keep all sizes available, this should be the one thing that their employees are good at, but I guess not.
