I visited both the Destin Commons location and the Grand Boulevard location over a weekend looking for two pairs of shoes. After doing two laps around the stores and repeatedly picking up shoes that I was interested in, looking around for someone to help me, not one employee at either location asked if I needed a size or wanted to see something. As a shoe store that doesn't keep all sizes available, this should be the one thing that their employees are good at, but I guess not. And at the Destin commons location I was the only one in the building while the teenage employees just sat on the couch talking to each other. I will gladly take my money elsewhere read more

This is a pretty good place to get shoes. They are all name brands like Birkenstock. The selection isn't huge but the prices are fair. Staff was nice. If they are trying to get rid of a certain shoe they'll mark it down extra for you. read more

Unfortunately can't say much about customer service seeing as there was absolutely no attempt on any of the employees part to ask us if we needed any help. Zero. And because none of the shoes had prices.. when I attempted to flag someone down to ask for a price (and we were the only people in there) they seriously said "I think they're.." and went back to checking their phone. read more

I am a Real Estate Broker and have been in sales almost my entire career. Heather has always been very attentive and provided exceptional service as one would expect from a manager. Great customer service is most important to me. And now their employee Teasa adds to my praise of this business. She is very attentive to everyone that walks in the door and works very hard to exceed everyone's expectations. She is 100% all about providing customer service that will draw you back to this business. She is always busy when I arrive at the business but takes the time to acknowledge clients that enter the business. Our saleswoman, Sherri Jarvis, was blatantly homophobic and classist. While her lively nature and never ending jokes provided a homey experience as well as compelled us into buying a pair of navy blue Birkenstock's, the hostile topics of her "jokes" left my friend very hurt and uncomfortable. The staff is amazing! I had been having foot and shin pain from running and they knew exactly how to help. They put me in a recovery slide and a work shoe. Everything felt better within 2 days. It's awesome to find knowledgeable staff at a shoe store. read more

Man, the people here are super helpful. From the moment we walked in the door, someone was asking us what they could show us. And that can sometimes be annoying, because you don't always know exactly what you want. And, you don't always want someone else to tell you what you want. You're in a shoe store, not a car lot. So usually just brush them aside until we have the opportunity to look at the sales floor for ourselves. In this case we did know exactly what we're looking for, but we still want to look for ourselves. I don't like pushy salespeople. I think there's a lot of higher price point items in the store and with all the tourists, theft is going to occur. Addressing customers is a good way to limit the amount of things being stolen I'm told. So they have other things in the store like Maui Jim sunglasses, a ton of yeti stuff, other sandals besides Birkenstock. Of course the one pair of sandals my wife wanted they just happen to be out. Disappointing. Amazon, here we come. read more

Much larger selection of shoes than the Destin Commons location, of course the shop itself is much larger too! Parking is easy being that there are few other stores in this plaza to have to share the space with. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. read more
