I have had off and on dealings with them for over ten years and I avoid them if at all possible. I temporarily stopped using CVS due to the poor customer service at this location. However, CVS in Houston I do not have these issues. The staff is very rude and are not accommodating. They do not care for the customer, and make you feel as if you are inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job.
