Highway Patrol said that speed reduction is only advisory, but Ga Code clearly says it is the law and ticketable. And 20 mph over posted reduced speed is considered a major offense. In charge officer indicated on report wife was wearing a seat belt, secondary officer said she was not wearing a seat belt, and issued a citation, which I intend challenging in court. This law firm denied taking the case over the seat belt citation. Ignored the peripheral laws, and I believe they are ambulance chasers taking only cases they know they can win. My suggestion: find a different law firm.
