This should have been a red flag to his poor service. This assumption was confirmed when almost 3 years after purchasing his services he claimed I had not paid his fee in full. I was unable to find a receipt of my final payment due to the length of inactivity. I did provide an email he sent stressing I must pay at our 1st court appearance, which is when I paid him the 2nd installment if the legal fee. His kimd staff even confirmed that the office had changed their account management system sometime after the first court date. He continued to give a false sincerity until I chose to refuse his suggestion of a plea deal for a DUI that we have proven I was not intoxicated during. Communication pretty much ceased until today when I recieved notice he has dropped my case. He has done zero work on this case and it seems I was being extorted for more money.
