When we did, she then said we could only use it if we spent less. We asked for a manager and waited and waited and waited. The line got longer and longer behind us, but no one came out. We went by today and said no when they asked for a number for rewards. When we said we didn't want the rewards program, the employee explained it to us (you have to have enough rewards balance to cover one item) and was so polite and fun. Turns out, the person taking our order is the (new since then) manager! I will be back and will give my number to them!
