He is good humored, professional, non-judgmental and thorough. Oh and he listens to my needs! Even after I moved to Los Angeles in 2002 - I continued to return on yearly basis to visit family and see Dr.Joe. RANT to Wichita Eyecare! My last pair of contacts I had fell out last night and I do not own…read moreglasses so I called today to try to get an eye appointment because my prescription is a -5.75 and I cannot see 5 feet in front of me. I called to set up an eye exam and I asked if there is a way I can at least get an emergency pair in the meantime so I can work and drive legally and the "office manager" basically told me "that sucks there's nothing I can do" she told me she won't let me get a pair just to wear until my exam. That she could get me in Tuesday and also refused to let me speak to the doctor. Told me he's with a patient and I said I don't mind holding. She then told me "he doesn't have time for this". I had always used A different eye clinic before them and I never had this problem as soon I realized I ran out they let get an emergency pair and then let do my eye appointment and order my contacts after my appointment. So basically I'm having to go to work and drive myself without hardly being able to see anything in front of me. I've never had this happen... and I don't buy glasses because I only wear contacts.. I've looked around and tried to buy pairs off people I know and work with but no one is close to my prescription. I'll never use them ever again. This customer service to me BLEW MY MIND. If I could give ONE star I would! I'll never be back. Take your business to Hayley Eyecare on Kemp. They treat you like family.
