Cornerstone was so patient, and they wanted me to have the best fit. They worked with me. Finally after 5 months of problems, I was ready to give up, but Diane, the dental assistant was so kind and patient. After a week, I had no more problems!!! Nope, I apparently made the new out of grad school dental hygienist uncomfortable. I asked what did I do? They couldn't say why. I did nothing wrong. Was polite, calm, even laughing with her having fun. Same old discrimination tactics. We cannot tell you what you did, ( it would be discriminatory), so we will make lame excuses, and when questioned will not say why. DDS banned me because I am Gay. How about if she made me uncomfortable? Do I get to have her fired ? This is a classic discrimination, and seems it happens still in 2022 !

Literally ever person working there was friendly and efficient. I was told by my current dentist in Wichita Falls that I needed a root canal, but he no longer does them. So he referred me to a specialist. The specialist was 5 weeks out to get a root canal. I was in tremendous pain so I started searching online and found that Dr Clark does most every procedure in his office. I called and explained that I was in horrible pain and had been since last Thursday. I called yesterday afternoon and they got me in first thing this morning. Once Dr Clark took a closer look he showed me that the tooth was cracked in half so I couldn't do a root canal. So, he did an extraction right then. If I had gone to the root canal specialist in WF I would have then been sent to an oral surgeon. Most importantly is that the pain is gone, but I loved that I wasn't put off or sent somewhere else. Additionally, he is looking for the root cause of why I've had three teeth crack. Not a single specialist has done this for me. Since my daughter's cap fell out 3 days after visiting Burk Smiles, I filed a grievance with my insurance to get the cap replaced elsewhere. They are completely ignoring the grievance and when I called to ask why they said "they did the work". Any other installation of something and that thing falling out would definitely result in some type of recompense, but not here at the ever professional Value Smiles.
