He actually told us how to get it done from someone else, as it would be cheaper than him doing it. But since we were on a time crunch, we opted to go with him and the Lab he works with. Very cool that he doesn't try to get more money from you and gives you options. When we scheduled the work to be done, he was very busy and didn't reply to the emails we had sent, but we finally reached him by phone. We confirmed the date in advance, filled out the contract paperwork, but the day before he was supposed to start, at 5PM, he said there was a scheduling mix up and he wouldn't be able to come in. I wonder since we were talking with him directly if he was the one who simply forgot to put us in the schedule. It messed up our plans a bit, as we had scheduled other contractors that same week so everything would be coordinated. We had to reschedule for the following week and prolong our stay in NJ ( we are originally from NY). Regardless, his crew was on time for the work at 8AM. Danny called us at 7 AM to let us know they were en route. They were very thorough. After the removal they took 1-2 samples to test the air and make sure that nothing went airborne. They sent it to the lab to be tested right away and there was a bit of a wait, for around 3 or so hours to get the results. Once we were all clear, it was all good. Would recommend!

We sent our white wool rug from Crate & Barrel to be cleaned in early August. It was five years-old from a pet-free home with no stains. It just needed a good cleaning from a home with young children. Two weeks later, they called to tell us they did not like how it came out so they would clean it again. Ten days later, they delivered the rug. It now had yellow and brown stains and smelt like it had been burned. We called to complain and they said they would take it back and try again. Three weeks later, they called us again to say they were not sure what happened and they would try to "sour" the rug to get the stains out. A week later, it was delivered back -- and although it looks better than the first time we got it back, it still has yellow spots and the texture of the rug is completely different. When we called to complain the response was - "well, we wash it, we wash it again, and then all bets are off." I asked for the owner to call me back (and emailed him directly) -- When I finally got him on the phone, his answer was "take me to court; how do I know your rug wasn't ruined before?" Given that they've had our rug for nearly two months, I'd say they had plenty of opportunity to tell us if there was anything on the rug they could not clean. This was never the case. Mistakes happen and sometimes things get damaged along the way. The lack of accountability and blaming the customer as if any of this was our fault is insulting. I recommend avoiding Bynderian and trying another company. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

I live in an adult community where my house backs up to a golf course. We've had our share of broken windows from stray golf balls. Tri-State has an insurance policy whereby if a golf ball causes damage to these windows, they will repair or replace them at no cost to the consumer.
