it's our annual window cleaning! Dimitry came on time and ready to go. He made our many windows and screens sparkle and shine - we never realize how dirty those windows get until after. We are now thinking of asking him back twice a year because it makes such a difference. More so, he is wonderful to have in our home. He's a really terrific guy and he works his tail off! Trust the five star reviews! I called on a Saturday and had my windows sparkling by Tuesday afternoon. Alex was communicative prior to the appointment, confirming the two hour arrival window and whether I needed a COI. My windows are a bit tricky with screwed in screens and he didn't have any issues with figuring out the most efficient way to get the job done. Overall he made this entire task so easy and pain free and was totally worth the money. I couldn't be happier with Alex's work - would highly recommend! read more

Alex communicated promptly and was able to clean the windows in a timely manner. He always responded to my text messages. We have floor to ceiling windows on 2 floors, so it was more of a challenge. We were out of town, and he sent pictures when he was finished. The place looked great. The only small issue was that he removed the screens from the windows in the 2 bedrooms, and didn't replace them. Not a biggie. Would definitely use again. read more

They were the only outfit that said they would do it, but when they showed up the first thing they said was they preferred not to do that, but would try; when they finished they said they could not. I hired them quite a few years ago and was impressed by the quality of service they provided. My old, oversized windows were (finally) replaced two years ago and I hired them again for a cleaning. They did a great job and were careful to protect my (rather delicate) area rug as well as make sure I was happy with their work, which I was. Alex was remarkably fast and easy to communicate with, aced our building's super strict insurance documentation requirements on the first try (never happens!), and was available within the same week of my inquiry. He clearly has worked with a incredible clientele because he did not leave a trace of him even being in the apartment after cleaning 3 windows and screens. My only "complaint" is that the cleaner showed up early. Otherwise he did a great job. Clean, neat, noticed a minor problem with one of our windows. I will definitely have them come out again the next time our windows need cleaning. read more
