The staff were extremely professional, and friendly. The massage was really great. You also get to use their relaxation room (with unlimited tea, water, and amazing massage chairs), their sauna, and cold water bucket treatment (you have to be strong to stand under that huge bucket. I did not partake in this bit!!) I think with such beauty/spa treatments, the staff can really make or break the experience. Rest assured you don't event need to think about that here. The receptionist was really helpful on the phone, welcoming & very attentive. The treatment rooms do have open ceilings so you can hear what is going on around you, but this really didnt seem to bother me at all, the music is so soothing & the masseuse was extremely good. She knew exactly where I was tense & worked it all out of my muscles without me telling her. The treatment room was clean, relaxing & warm. I had the Tahai herbal massage (recommended if you are stressed!) without the frangranced oil as my skin is sensitive. I can't wait to go back. Sophie

I visited this salon on several occasions and found it to be very fashionable, clean and…read moredecorative. Unfortunately I did not find the staff very friendly but a little 'stuck-up' and looked down their noses at you, but I persevered with that because the place had been recommended to me as being a good hair salon. The first time I went it was great and I had a really nice haircut. However, when I returned for a trim of the original hairstyle the hair stylist seemed very preoccupied with talking to the stylist next to her about going on holiday next week. The result was that I felt that I was in the way and interrupting their conversation. Also, she obviously was not concentrating on what she was doing as she totally mangled my hairstyle and it looked nothing like it was supposed to (or like it had when I went in it should have looked the same but shorter!). The fringe was obviously crooked and I was totally mortified. It took ages for me to feel comfortable leaving the house after that and I would never visit this establishment again.
