This is a new-ish stripmall (relative to the 70s versions nearby) along 252 at the entrance to the…read moreSprington Pointe Woods development, and across the street from the AVE and Terrazza condo developments. As with all things, it's fancy because they added an "e" at the end of an otherwise normal word. The strip is a little sunken from the main road, so it's hard to see all that is there from street level. Probably the biggest Yelp hit here is Fresco Pizza, but there is also a Little Gym, Onde Spalon, Coffee Place (Burlap & Bean), and a bank whose name changes often. Also homed here are various incarnations of a clothing/jewelry boutique, and a tanning salon, plus other rental spaces that see a lot of turnover. This place describes itself as a "31,550 SF upscale shopping center" but, it's a pretty regular stripmall. Access is a pain. You can't enter easily (if at all) from the northermost access, but the southern driveway allows in and out. I don't like how I am forced to drive past every other store just to get where I am going, but the lot is normally pretty empty, so there is usually a choice of spaces.

There is a hallway pass-through located in the corner of the L, between K&G and Carter's. The hallway used to smell like urine, but was repainted about a year ago, and is much nicer. It is all well-lit, but sometimes people hang out in there, and it can be sketchy. It still beats the craziness in the front lot, so I now park in back every time! This shopping center features mainly big anchor stores like Walmart, Old Navy, AMC 10 Theaters, Marshall's, PetSmart, Jo-Ann's, DSW, Burlington, etc. They also have Sally Beauty, Sleepy's, Bath & Body Works, Five Below, Jenny Craig, Dress Barn, and GameStop. There are some mom-n-pop stores in amidst the giants, like a kid's store, two hairdressers, etc. There are not many restaurant options, just a bagel place, salad place, Subway, and a Mexican place. This is a big Septa bus destination, which brings huge crowds, particularly on the weekends. Parking is also totally crowded, and drivers are miserable. The most recent renovation (a while ago at this point) changed the lot, so you are forced to the left or right when you enter at the front, and then funneled down lanes other than where you really want to go. It is a total mess, and causes a lot of road rage. Again, this is why I park in back. Anyone remember when Circuit City and Filene's were here? Or that basement discount store that got replaced by Jo-Ann's? I've been shopping at this place for many years! I think Marshall's is the only store that's been here forever, since the 80s.

Parking is a bit scarce, but there's street parking available and turnover is high. Happy to have La Colombe here as there are few good coffee choices around (just Gryphon, really). Looking forward to trying Turning Point eventually, but it's always so crowded. Still spaces available and hope management can attract some other nice stores/restaurants as this area has been pretty underserved recently. Also anticipating opening of Bryn+Danes. Not sure what it is, but will give it a try.

The manager of this company offered no assistance to me. One week later my $210 towing bill has not been resolved. Karen at Relative who views cameras all day to watch people parking in lot says I walked out of the Side lot instead of the Front lot so she ASSUMED I was not patronizing one of their businesses. The parking lot management nor owner of Waxpress still have not reimbursed me not only for towing but the stress of this incident. If this lot has 2 entrances they should not ASSUME where people are going once they park in their lot regardless of which direction they walk!

Radiant Refresh body wash , with eucalyptus oil infused for $6.99 and Vitamin E body milk for $5.99., what a smooth find! We walked around the store to soak in all the deals and stumbled upon a vegan protein greens drink for only $9.99. This store is like a diamond mine, sometimes you get a little more than you expect and when you look at your receipt you are always happy with the savings! The service was excellent and they are always staffed appropriately for the job. T J Max is in a convenient location, you can stop for something to eat at PJ Whalens, pick up your prescription at CVS, or just go home. There is always free parking and the bus will take you there if you're not driving.

Despite the long line of holiday shoppers, the staff moved quickly. I also found the store to be clean and having a family dressing room that could accommodate my stroller was a plus!
