There is a hallway pass-through located in the corner of the L, between K&G and Carter's. The hallway used to smell like urine, but was repainted about a year ago, and is much nicer. It is all well-lit, but sometimes people hang out in there, and it can be sketchy. It still beats the craziness in the front lot, so I now park in back every time! This shopping center features mainly big anchor stores like Walmart, Old Navy, AMC 10 Theaters, Marshall's, PetSmart, Jo-Ann's, DSW, Burlington, etc. They also have Sally Beauty, Sleepy's, Bath & Body Works, Five Below, Jenny Craig, Dress Barn, and GameStop. There are some mom-n-pop stores in amidst the giants, like a kid's store, two hairdressers, etc. There are not many restaurant options, just a bagel place, salad place, Subway, and a Mexican place. This is a big Septa bus destination, which brings huge crowds, particularly on the weekends. Parking is also totally crowded, and drivers are miserable. The most recent renovation (a while ago at this point) changed the lot, so you are forced to the left or right when you enter at the front, and then funneled down lanes other than where you really want to go. It is a total mess, and causes a lot of road rage. Again, this is why I park in back. Anyone remember when Circuit City and Filene's were here? Or that basement discount store that got replaced by Jo-Ann's? I've been shopping at this place for many years! I think Marshall's is the only store that's been here forever, since the 80s.

As with all things, it's fancy because they added an "e" at the end of an otherwise normal word. The strip is a little sunken from the main road, so it's hard to see all that is there from street level. Probably the biggest Yelp hit here is Fresco Pizza, but there is also a Little Gym, Onde Spalon, Coffee Place (Burlap & Bean), and a bank whose name changes often. Also homed here are various incarnations of a clothing/jewelry boutique, and a tanning salon, plus other rental spaces that see a lot of turnover. This place describes itself as a "31,550 SF upscale shopping center" but, it's a pretty regular stripmall. Access is a pain. You can't enter easily (if at all) from the northermost access, but the southern driveway allows in and out. I don't like how I am forced to drive past every other store just to get where I am going, but the lot is normally pretty empty, so there is usually a choice of spaces.

Even the "organic" section didn't inspire confidence and looked questionable at best. Noticeably better quality for organic at similar or lower prices at Aldi or Lidl. The worst part was the raspberries: every single one of the four containers I bought had mold growing in the bottom layers. That's not a minor quality issue - that's outright unacceptable for produce being sold for consumption. At that price point, it would have been more cost-effective to buy fewer, higher-quality containers at Whole Foods rather than four unusable ones Overall, the produce quality is extremely poor and freshness seems like an afterthought. I regret buying from here again, and I won't be making that mistake in the future.

Most people do not actually park, they double park in front of the business they are going to, and this causes traffic. It is also dangerous for people trying to cross the street, having to walk between cars is not safe, someone can get hit by a car. There are signs that say no parking, but there seems to be no enforcement. These people need to be ticketed and towed, it's what's safe for everyone.

During the warmer months they host a Farmer's Market which is rapidly growing allowing local vendors to sell their fresh produce, baked goods and crafts. Many shops with names you are familiar with, including Victoria's and Borders, plus plenty of unique one of a kind shops line the streets and make it a breeze to browse or run in and out. It's almost a one stop shopping center with a Wegman's Grocery and shops galore that have almost anything you may be looking for. Plenty of restaurants and eateries inside this center make it hard to choose, from pizza to ice cream, Ted Montana's Grill, P.F. Chang's, Chipolte Mexican Grill, The Melting Pot, Panera Bread are all ready to feed you. I've been here for wine tasting's at various shops, I love their Farmer's Market and anxiously await them setting up shop, it's a quaint village that makes me happy to go shopping and I love that they are Eco-friendly.

While the variety in each section is a bit limited, you never know what you'll find. They also have a $1 clothing rack that's worth checking out. I found a few shirts I plan on upcycling for a fabric Pride flag. The people who work there are very nice and keep the store organized. I never felt like I was being monitored by them. As a bonus, they offer a 10% discount for students and other folks.
