Some of the food is prepared fresh, some is ready to eat. They try to follow some slow food principles like using local & seasonal products. In my opinion they should also use more organic products. I tried a curry and I think it could have been a little spicier. There is a little spice bar so you can add some if you want. The muffin and coffee I had was good. I absolutely recommend the smoothies and shakes, they where delicious! This is the only Dean&David store in Bremen. I like the interior, its bright, clean an simple design. In summer they also provide for outside sitting. The service has always been friendly to me, and most of the times I was being served very quick. Since some of the food is prepared fresh and the store seems to be understaffed sometimes, I had to wait a little longer to place my order on one or two occasions.
