    After a very strong and destructive hail storm a few months ago it was obvious I needed I new roof. I called my insurance and they were going to send a person to look at it and decide the damage and coverage. My neighbors and friends highly recommended Sebastian. I called him left a voicemail and told him the adjuster was coming that same day at noon. He called me back a few minutes later and said he was going to meet the insurance guy here that same day!! After that he txt me and said the insurance was going to pay for the new roof and to call him as soon as I had the insurance information. My insurance sent me everything. The insurance deducted a lot of course. Not only my deductible but also the depreciation of the old roof. Not cool from the insurance but that's what they do! Anyway Sebastian told me he would replace the roof at no extra cost from my part. He actually gave me a discount so I didn't have to come up with $1,000+ out of pocket. Amazing!! Then he sent me dates, we decided on one and he said the crew was going to be done the same day. That's exactly how everything went. They came at 7am and by 6pm they were done. The house looked like nothing happened that day. They cleaned everything. Sebastian txt me throughout the day with updates. He didn't even want the payment until the day after when everything was completely finished. Not only I recommend him to others but also I will continue to use his company for future problems in our house. He was very respectful and professional. Thank you Sebastian for an amazing work!!

    If being excited about gutters means you're an adult, then I guess this is adulthood. We had Brotherhood Roofing install new gutters for us and I'm in LOVE. Sebastian was the person who came out and provide a quote. He was always incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Selvin was lead for the crew that came out. They came exactly when they said they would, installed everything quickly, and left the area clean (if not cleaner) than they found it. All of my interactions with the crew were very good and they worked so quietly, I was able to work inside my house with no problem. If I ever have roofing or gutter issues, I will definitely reach back out to Brotherhood Roofing!

    Update: now come on chassity...do you really think that anyone is going to believe that we didn't pay for this job? You were paid within days of this voicemail. If you never got your money, as you claim, why did we never hear from Connie again? Instead you just lie and pretend like you never did the job bc you don't stand behind your work and are trying to incriminate your former employee. You don't accept credit cards...now that's not shady! Someone is lying and I want answers. Is it Sebastian or is it Jarrod? Whichever...super shady deal and would not trust them with my money. Funny...we did contact your office. I set up the appointment with your receptionist from the message you sent me on yelp. And yes, we did reach out to you about this issue this week and Sebastian mentioned none of this criminal action. He made it out to be my fault! Sebastian...attached is the proof that you have record of this job, despite telling us you didn't do the work. Also, you should not be publishing customers first and last names here...extremely unprofessional!

    This is our first home and we knew it needed a roof replaced immediately. We had a sagging/warped area of decking and some rafter separation. The shingles were past their prime and falling off and damaged by hail. I searched reviews to find someone who seemed friendly and highly recommended. Our insurance wasn't enough to cover a roof so I asked for a quote from this company. They replied promptly and came out quickly. Jarrod Kolb was our contact for the entire experience. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I felt like he was offering what we needed and nothing more. I trusted him from the first quote so we did not contact anyone else. He also helped us understand the insurance and now we know to adjust coverage for the future. It was set to a really really high deductible for some reason instead of a %. Our roof was scheduled and completed in a very short time. I want to say it was within a week. We originally had regular shingles quoted but asked to be upgraded since hailstorms and wind are pretty intense. He told us about z-ridge and 30 year so we went with those. Not just for quality, but it looks beautiful. The roofers came early and completed the roof and repairs by evening. The repairs look great. No more sunken section (you can see in the picture, the sunken area was in the shadowed part and was very visible). All of the new vents and stuff look awesome, too. Our skylights were well taken care of also. The crew was very gentle with our glass outdoor lighting. We forgot to take those down and they didn't break any bulbs. They cleaned up everything around the house to better than it was when they got here! They also took down the satellites from the previous owner that we don't use, as requested. I was glad to see those gone. Jarrod checked in with us and was really great to work with. I highly recommend this company to everyone in the area.

    I had a section of my roof that started leaking after the recent storm. I was looking on Yelp for someone that does roof repairs. Brotherhood Roofing has listed on their website they can do roof repairs as well as on their Yelp listing. So I filled out the requested project form and within 10 min I was sent a reply that said "I'm sorry we don't do repairs". Why have the false advertising then? I can't speak for their work since they apparently don't do repairs. But I gave 2 stars because I did get a response very quickly.

    Edit: the owner contacted my mother personally and apologized and made it right. They came out as scheduled and did excellent work. This is how customer service should be done. Wonderful!

    I can't say enough good things about Brotherhood Roofing. Sebastian kept me in the loop during the whole process which was quick and professional. It's always a luck if the draw on Yelp and I lucked out with this company. I decided to use Brotherhood based on the count of good reviews and I am happy I did. The gutters and quality of work is exceptional and price is competitive. The team assessed the work and even asked if they wanted to replace rotted fascia boards for a fee of course but that work was done quickly as well. Sebastian coordinated all the work over a few days. I was very impressed. Thanks a million as the work made my old home look new and modern.

    Update 3 (I guess): Now, the company has updated their reply to remove most of what they said originally. They also have blocked me from replying to their personal messages on Yelp. The other related comments are not "our friends", they are other residents of the same condominium that got affected by their shady business practices. Hopefully future potential customers will read this and know not to work with these people.

    My family chose to reach out to Brotherhood Roofing because my mom's client referred us to Jarrod, the project manager. However, we are left highly disappointed in the lack of customer service. On August 22nd, I informed him via phone call AND text that my insurance company will have an adjuster visit on September 1st from 11am-2pm. He verbally confirmed and stated he would hare that date and timeframe booked off for us, as well as validated the appointment through text. On August 31st, a day before the scheduled meeting, I messaged Jarrod and did not receive a response. Interestingly enough, he did reply to my mom's texts ~6 hrs later asking, "what date"? To my mom's surprise, she called him for a discussion and he rudely hung up on her midway through the call. The rest of their conversation was through texting. First, he claimed he can't make it to the appointment because it is on a "Sunday" and a "holiday weekend". And then abruptly, he stated it was because a family member is in the hospital, so he did not remember our appointment. Let me clarify, WE ARE NOT INSENSITIVE PEOPLE. WE UNDERSTAND THERE ARE EMERGENCIES. HOWEVER, it is VERY unprofessional to not inform your customers. On top of that, if you did forget, why did you not respond after I sent you a reminder? A simple explanation and genuine apology would've sufficed. Not to mention, why would you initially claim that you don't work on Sunday's if you agreed to the appointment date more than a week prior? Very unhappy with his unprofessionalism. Please review the screenshots below as proof. The first screenshot also shows his failure to communicate and update his clients early on, but we wanted to still give him a chance.

    I found Brotherhood Roofing on Yelp and chose them based upon their reviews. I must say, the rating given by consumers was spot-on. Our experience with them for replacing our roof was 5 star service. From showing up on time, to polite installers and finishing timely the same day, we had a very positive experience. One of the roof managers even replaced a lightbulb and a few smoke detectors that were in 15 foot spots at our house, for a few extra bucks on the side. Sebastian went above and beyond to document the pitch of my roof to my insurance company, who was not wanting to pay for the correct pitch. My insurance company finally accepted Sebastian's documentation of the pitch and I got the correct insurance payment. I recommend Brotherhood roofing and the entire day went smoothly!

    I contacted Sebastian to give me an estimate to replace my roof of a house I own as a rental property. He examined the roof and sent me photos of a roof to show me the damage, but I could tell that it was not my roof and I told him this. He became very angry and demanded that I had to prove to him it was not my roof. He started berating me in his thick accent and said something about me having go to Google maps and research it and prove to him he had taken photos of the wrong roof. He got so angry when I told him it was not my roof in the photos that he hung up on me during our conversation. Later he sent me an email and said he had gone to the wrong house. He actually went onto the roof of my neighbor's house two times and took photos of their roof and emailed them to me. However he never apologized for the way he spoke to me over the phone and for hanging up on me. Before I found he had gone to the wrong house, I had asked him for a Certificate of Liability Insurance that every homeowner looking to get their roof replaced should require from their roofer. Texas is one of the few states that do not require roofers to be licensed so what you have is roofers from other states who cannot get a license or have lost their license, moving to Texas to set up shop. He sent me a Certificate of Liability Insurance with a company name of American Patriot Insurance Agency located in Westchester, IL with a phone number of 800-895-9091 at the top (see attached photo). I called the number to verify and to my surprise it had been disconnected. I Googled the name of the agency in Westchester, IL and found the correct number. I called the number and a lady in customer service researched it and they said they did not have any insurance coverage on Brotherhood Roofing. She also said they have had problems with Sebastian in the past, with him falsely claiming to others that he had insurance with them. 4/3/17 Update: Sebastian has been sending me vulgar & threatening emails that include profanity and name calling, which I have reported to Yelp. Beware as this harassment could happen to anyone that post a negative review on Yelp. Below is one email that I received from Sebastian on March 30, 1017: Sebastian Nosrati (sebas@brotherhoodroofing.com) Mar 30 at 7:21 AM Thank you for the reviews You'll be hearing from my lawyer who is also my best friend :) We'll drag you to Dallas and drain your bank account with lawyer fee's and court expenses until you cry Keep in mind I don't have to pay a penny for representation :) Now get back to work and quit clowning around or we will legally come after you with everything we can :) -- Sebastian Nosrati Direct #: 214-212-5646 Fax #: 1-888-508-5908 Office #: 972-742-5332 4/15/17 Update: In his reply to my post, Sebastian posted that I was attempting to get him to commit insurance fraud (he has since revised this post). This is totally false & he made the same claim against another person that had posted a negative review about him. We never even got to the point to talk about insurance. Once I found out that the certificate of insurance was bogus, I had no more dealings with him. I am suspicious of all of these five star reviews as I found out that a business owner can actually hire an online company that will post five star reviews of their business for $50 per review. If you check many of the five star reviews here you will see the person posting the review lives in another state. As of this time, three other people have messaged me and said that they have also had bad experiences in dealing with Sebastian. Two of them told me that in retaliation for their negative Yelp review, he contacted the Texas State Dept. of Insurance and made bogus accusations that they tried to get him to commit insurance fraud.

Keith Caballero helped me understand what was needed to best suit my needs, provided an estimate outlining what we talked about, and provided a fair price. Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Do not be concerned with Zelle-ing the owner directly.

Instead of answering professionally, Keith (VP) responded twice with dismissive, condescending replies, accused me of "micromanaging," and then canceled my proposal without any attempt to resolve the conversation. I never questioned their work quality, but if this is how they handle a customer asking basic questions before signing, I can only imagine how they'd handle an issue after installation. Chose to go elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend if you expect basic professional courtesy.

It was incredibly smooth and easy on our end, which we really appreciated. Shoutout as well to the project managers, Paul and Robert. They were both fantastic. Communication was clear and consistent, and everything moved along without any issues. The whole team was great. After the big hailstorm in our area, we had what felt like 100 roofing companies knocking on our door. I'm so glad our insurance agent referred us to Peak. These guys are the real deal.

When I got multiple quotes for roof repairs he was the most attentive, the most thorough, and Peak had very reasonable pricing. Not the lowest, but paired with the thorough report and warranty on the work, you know that they're not just trying to do a sloppy job. Finding great help for commercial properties is pretty challenging these days. The report and photos I received as part of the estimate process definitely helped me to make decisions with more confidence in a situation where I'm unlikely to actually put eyes on the problems myself. And Charlie sent more info during the job along with additional photos and observations. Definitely recommend for reliable repairs!

Had to wait another week, but I was working w/ my schedule not theirs. They showed up earlier than expected - did a quick and decent job. They fixed one concerning downspout.     We are having an issue with this group. Our Richardson home has a very steep roof, and we had water…read morerunning out over the gutter onto the front walkway a few feet beyond our covered front porch with any heavy rain. They suggested a diverter strip. We agreed, and paid for the installation. When, sometime later, we finally got a good, hard rain, the water came up over the gutter again, but not where it used to. Now it comes over the gutter onto the covered porch, right in front of the front door! We believe the diverter was not positioned quite right. It does not have an end on it, and it does not go all the way to the end of the short gutter line it is attached to. We called the company the day after the heavy rain with our issue. They came out promptly, but all they would offer is a major redo of our front gutter system. We are not in a position to do that right now. We told the owner of this group that we just want the diverter extended to the end of that short gutter run, and an end cap of some sort put on it at the end where it is directly over the front porch. We said we think this is a logical next step to try, and that we fully expect this to come at an additional charge to us. We were simply told they "cannot do that". (Of course they can.) We explained that the current situation is much worse than what we started with, and if they cannot/will not do what we think is likely to help, that the diverter needs to be removed. Having a very large amount of water coming down on our front porch right in front of our front door is not OK! The owner wrote in one email that he was being "yelled" at when he was here. Reading this was a total shock to both of us, and is absolutely not true. The gentleman was standing 20+ feet from us, and we live just one house in from a VERY noisy 6-lane road. If we were raising our voices at all, it was in the hope that he could hear us! We are both seniors with some hearing loss, so (as we further explained to him) possibly we do speak somewhat loudly, but "yelling"? Absolutely not. We have told the business owner we have no ill feeling toward his company and just would like to get this taken care of one way or the other (prefer to extend and cap the end of the diverter; or as a last resort, remove it). Now, they are not responding to our emails. We had one previous dealing with the group that turned out to be quite satisfactory. We guess they just don't want to be bothered with small jobs, but they should follow-up and make things right with a job they have already done and been paid for. Mr. and Mrs. J.G./Richardson
