I have a section of my front porch that needs gutter guards. I called Dwell assuming that they would install the gutter guards on this section and perhaps on other sections as well. Jordan came on a free visit and told me that $450 was the minimum for which they would do a project. He did a walk through of my home and confirmed it was only the front section that needed a guard. Other parts of my home don't have tall trees. Jordan later sent me a Home Depot link where I could get $30 worth of guard guards myself. My roof was already deteriorating before the wind storm took off a bunch of shingles. I knew this was the time, and it was MY decision to get a full replacement. There was no pressure from Andrew to do a full replacement. WHAT AN UPGRADE. I went from a low quality 3-tab shingle roof to a Class 3 Architectural roof. I was looking to make a repair on the roof and contacted Dwell Roofing to stop by back in April. I wanted an expert to advise me where i should go with the repair. Mr De la Rosa contacted me and came out no charge to inspect the roof. He said I should schedule my insurance to come out and he would make himself available.
