Randomly found them in my town, called the girl was super nice at the front, was able to accommodate my son & husband quickly for an appointment! I'm so glad we found this place, we will definitely be returning for our boy's cuts in the house! My husband had Jorge and I didn't catch the guys name who did my son but he was so talented with kids, the cut came out PERFECT! Jorge who cut my husband did a phenomenal job. Been a regular for the last 6 years and always liked my haircut. Today I went in to get a quick trim around the ears to clean up the edges. I expressed this fondly to the barber as I wanted to keep growing out my hair, she blended my hair at a higher clipper length then asked and proceeded to cut my hair. Great experience my first time. Brothers is formed by competent brothers who know how to cut hair well. The parking situation is great. Lots of private parking available. When I walked in, there was no wait. I was immediately seated, and the cut began. He asked what I was looking for, and did an excellent job. They trim you up with the straight razor as well, so it is a very similar experience to other places in the area. The prices are good for the value...I think I paid $20 for a men's haircut, which is average for the area. Best barber service I have ever experienced! My barber was Yei and he did a great job fixing me up, especially my beard. Great detail work, hot towels, etc. Just like the old days whereas the barber spends time making sure the work he does is great - full service. I've been going to a different barber shop for the last several years. Last week I called my barber and she was out of the country on vacation. I needed a haircut badly and couldn't wait for her to return. I've also gone to Carls in the past but I had a bad experience with Angie there at Carls on State Road 84. So, yesterday I started looking for a place to cut my hair this time. So glad I found Brothers Barber Shop! THIS is what a barbershop should be like! I was greeted at the door as soon as I came in. They were busy, that's a good sign, and I was told to sit and they would tend to me soon. I had barely sat down when one of the barbers became available. He asked me what I wanted and he did exactly what I requested. They do the hot towel treatment, they trim your eyebrows, nose and ear hair. They even serve you Cuban coffee! I found a new barber. Hopefully the level of service remains the same and I'll be a steady customer! Sadly I didn't catch the name of my barber. But his station is near the back. He was great. read more

I knew I would be in the area and I needed a haircut. I called the night before and got an appointment the next morning. Receptionist was very friendly. I walked in right at the appointment time and they were ready for me. I just finished with the haircut and Carlos did a great job and was very nice. This place is a great place to get great haircut! When I first stepped inside I was greeted immediately by the lovely host. I told her that I didn't have an appointment and she gladly took my name and asked me to take a seat and I'll be called in a few minutes. Whileni waited a looked around and saw all this great sports memorabilia...mostly home teams...Heat, Marlins and Dolphins. Very cool and the barbers were all at their stations cutting hair, talking and looking sharp in their white shirts. Very classy and old school feel. Oh yeah they even serve a cafecito if you like! My barber gave me a classic clean cut. He was professional and quick. I highly recommend this place !!! Keep up the good work fellas! read more

Had a 9:15 appointment. My barber was over an hour late. Life happens and I get that but no courtesy call or update instead I get there and sat there for over a half hour before I have to go ask what's going on. I get the same thing that the barber is running late. So they say Jamie is available. My fault for agreeing to the only barber not having clients lined up on a busy Saturday. No fade, left a huge patch of hair not cut on the back of my head. Sides didn't line up on either side. Used zero shaving cream on my neck! So much razor burn as soon as I walk out into the heat. No "hey sorry for the wait, here's a discount" 1hr 15min for a haircut I didn't like. Your suppose to feel good about yourself after haircut. Today was unfortunately not the case as I had my hat on as soon as I got in the car. Should of said something but there's kids there and line of other customers. Feeling defeated and bummed I'm taking my licks and hair somewhere else to fix it on my Labor Day weekend. The Brothers there are great barbers there but if you can't line them up the sledding is tough. Sorry Brothers read more

First time here, we tried to make an appt with Julio but he was booked. He's quite popular. No sweat, they were able to accommodate us with someone else. Since we were new to Empire Cuts at the time, we weren't picky. We are regulars here now and I have to say we have been here about 15 or more times and these guys are always so good with my son! I love whenever he gets a fresh cut! A good haircut makes all the difference. Our schedules are usually crazy with the kids so I never really had a set barber to make appointments with. Several of them would give us their cards but honestly, it was so much easier to just to walk in and play it by ear. Haha. Julio has a fully staffed crew of barbers here that hustle and do a great job and I think we've seen almost everyone by now. So they are all pretty good. More recently, we started seeing Steven as our regular Barber. He's great and so good at trying to be consistent getting us to holler at him for appointments. Eventually we did and it worked out great. Steven is the BEST with my son and always so personable with him. I love that he chit chats with him and it's so sweet. He's also good about checking in when we haven't been by in a while. Kid was trying to grow his hair out towards end of the year. He eventually decided to get a fresh cut for the new year in 2025. Haha. The barber shop is super clean and all of the guys here are great. They are consistently busy but can almost always accommodate walk-ins. We pay via Square with the individual barbers and tip accordingly. We've been coming here for over 2 years now and I think we paid $25 + tip. Pricing increased a little bit and we now pay $30 + tip. Still a great price for quality haircuts. They just opened a new and smaller location, Empire Cuts 2, at the corner of Stirling and Pine Island. My barber spent about an hour on my hair which normally takes about 20-30 minutes which was awesome. Amazing attention to detail and he checked in with me several times throughout the process. This barbershop actually hired my barber from another shop (Yanf). He is hands down the best barber I've ever had, which is the only reason I followed him here. The staff and service themselves are not the issue at all. What was shocking from the start was the pricing. A fade and beard trim costing $70+ is already extremely high. Recently, they introduced a "membership" that is advertised as a way to save money, but in reality it feels like more money upfront for very minimal savings. The membership is $55 per month. Without the membership, a fade and beard trim is $81; with the membership, it's $73. That difference does not justify a monthly subscription unless you are somehow getting multiple haircuts monthly like 7+ before saving kick in. There is no real financial benefit for the average customer. I want to be clear that this is not a complaint about the barbers or the service, they do a great job. This review is about what feels like a money-grab pricing model that puts unnecessary pressure on loyal customers. I'd like to see a membership that actually provides meaningful savings, because in its current form, it just doesn't.

Within the hour the whole service was completed . And I left that place in awe . Chill Florida vibes . What a celebrity treatment and shave . It made my day !

Upon getting my son and myself a haircut from there like we have been for quite a while I walked outside and noticed that my car had been hit while parked in their parking lot. I called the police and I also have a dash cam that showed the vehicle that did the damage, I went inside and asked the owner if they knew of the vehicle and the owner, as well did the police and the owner and his employees all denied denied denied that they knew who this person was. Obviously my dash cam caught this persons license plate who the police were easily able to find and he admitted that he did hit my car, but most importantly he admitted that he had been going to the barbershop for more than 20 years and knows the owner personally and helps him open his shop up in the morning to get things going so he can get an early haircut to get to work in the morning . They intentionally lied to me to protect somebody, thousands of dollars of damage done to my vehicle and they decided to just protect somebody that was a friend of theirs that left the scene of a accident instead of doing the right thing as business owners and advising the police and myself who owned the vehicle. Also during the period of me asking questions they acted like they did not understand my English, but any other time I go in there to get a haircut they know exactly what I'm saying in English so they can get their money. Just know that when you walk into this place they aren't as trustworthy as they appear!!!! Shame on them for ruining my day, making me look like an idiot in front of their customers while they lied to me acting like they didn't know who their owner of the vehicle was, acting the way they did and making the person that decided to drive away from hitting my car look even worse and them making themselves look even worse for being lying unprofessional business owners in Broward!!!! These days are not the time to be ripping off customers like this to make a dollar and a friend...... read more

It is a very nice atmosphere. I have had haircuts from 8 to 10 different barbers at this location over the years and every single one has been talented and professional. The environment is welcoming and comfortable. It begins with Carlos and Alberto, the owners, who are nice people and very selective about who they allow to work there. It's nice to go somewhere where people are friendly. Prices are reasonable and I will continue to have my hair cut there. read more
