Such a weird place. I walk in, sign my name and sat down for over an hour. There were 5 who came in, didnt sign it and went straight to the barbers. Moreover there were few empty slots and they were either smoking outsdie or chatting with each other. What's the point of signing in if they dont follow it. This is a great barbershop with lots of people coming in for a specific barber. That's a sign that there's a barber for just about anyone here. And kids! If you have kids bring them here! They have a bunch of photos (I'll include pics) for them to just point and choose their haircut. I've watch 4 little boys act like big guys selecting their own style. It's so cute. Went here for the first time Saw on the board $25 for haircut. $35 for beard and haircut. I got my haircut, all looked good. But I was charged $62 plus gave a $10 tip. Don't recommend going to this place unless you want to be scammed and charged double the price as listed. Good haircuts tho but beware you maybe charged doubled the price as listed on the board as soon as you walk in. Can't believe I paid $72 total for a men's haircut. Never have I ever before. I walk in put my name on the list. There were a few people there waiting but only one name on the list. So this guy just looking at me not doing anything just having a conversation with other colleagues that were working. After a while there are some people walking in he is greeting them and invite them over. Just like that. I know. They have a lot to do. To work. No time for shenanigans. I settled on 2 stars for this place after having a 4 star experience and a 0 star experience. On the plus side, there are plenty of barbers and even if you come in to a packed house, you're usually not waiting for more than 5-10 minutes. They get you in and out quickly. The price is right ($15 before tip), and the service has been friendly. On the minus side, that speed comes with a price, because I've had issues with the quality controls of their barbers. The first time I went, I had a great experience with a guy named Generoso. He cut it exactly how I wanted and got me in and out of there over my lunch break. The second time there, I went with another barber that gave me one of the most godawful experiences I've ever had. He kept poking me near my eye when doing my sideburns because he held the clippers in a manner that no human with 5 working fingers should ever hold them; and he looked so lost when it came to using scissors that I just had him stop cutting my hair before he massacred the top of my head. I had to go someplace else later to "repair" the damage. So, while I'd like to give this place a higher rating, a place should have more than 1 competent stylist on staff to get a high rating. There probably are better guys on staff than the second guy that cut my hair. But my experience has been 50/50 and I can't recommend anyone chance their hair on that. read more

First and foremost, I have just moved from Los Angeles and was in desperate need of a haircut. I have never been to a barber. I once tried Supercuts when I was a teenager and did not love the results. so I went here based on the five star stellar reviews. Being from the Beverly Hills area and getting my hair cuts in Westwood and all around Los Angeles, I figured I was destined for a cheap crappy situation. this was not the case at this joint. I was lucky enough to get Dre, a Colombian guy who they call "El Fuerte" since he's all buff and can probably beat you up if you mess with him. But again, I digress! This dude cut my hair exactly as I wanted, used a blade to shave around and was genuinely interested in knowing how I wanted my haircut to look. Okay, how much was this? $15. I tipped him five dollars to make it an even $20. They do not take credit cards and you pay each barber separately. So weird to tell you this was one of the best haircuts I've ever experienced. He also does those shaves with the classic razors that you pay $30 for. I may actually do that because I think he would probably do a pretty damn good job. If you go here, make sure you get Dre. He is cool, hip and a nice guy. read more

I waited those 10 min and about 35 more before I was finally called. I honestly wouldn't have said anything if that's the length of time I was quoted, but it was an excessive wait beyond what was promised. Okay let me begin by stating that I have the worst of luck when trying new barbers. So I have been on vacation, originally from Houston...a week prior while in Cancun I needed a fade and decided to try a barber there. Complete fail, my hair looked like a military cut but worse. I had to wear hats the remainder of the time. I found this place on Yelp, first of all they have 14 barbers, so the only wait you do is if there's someone specific you want. We came in Thursday at 6pm and no wait at all. My barber was Dre, what an awesome dude. Told him my dilemma and explained to him that I wanted a fade but needed the top fixed. He understood and I let him do what he needed too. He did an awesome job!! I'm so happy to have a nice looking shaved fade again. Will definitely return here whenever I'm in Miami again. Something that does not happen very often. The Pembroke Pines area has a lot of barber shops but many have immature barbers with attitudes that need to learn customer service skills.
