Just had my carpets cleaned at my mothers home at the quail run community , first time I've had them professionally cleaned and the overall results were good considering it was mostly a clean job the stains that were set in place years back won't come out no matter who cleans the carpet but Wayne the carpet technician was awesome he explained what he could clean and what would stains would not be removed ( fruit juices , Chocolate , etc,...) I would recommend Brothers Carpet Cleaning. We have two senior dogs that have accidents and our carpet was in need of a good cleaning and deodorizing. Our service provider Sven was nice and took extra time to go over spots that were particular problem areas. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it was a little more expensive than with other carpet cleaners I have used ($95 for our small living room and hallway - we did not do the bedrooms since our dogs spend most of their time in the living area). Also they were about 10-15 minutes late (but I do not fault them completely since we live in an apartment complex and the trying to find a specific building can be difficult). The staff, both on the phone and in-person were personable and polite. The quality of their work was exceptional. They were nice, they were fast, they were not expensive. Two weeks after I had the carpet cleaned, there was a spill. I went out and bought one of those home steam vacs and did just the spill. It got up so much dirt, I redid the entire house. The water was black the whole way. There is no way the house got that dirty, that fast, and no way a cheapo home machine should have gotten out more dirt than their professional cleaner. Two stars. Update: The company emailed me and said they would come out and redo if I was dissatisfied. While I'm still not tickled it wasn't fantastic the first time, hey - customer service like that is a pretty good thing. I had Brothers come out and clean my carpets yesterday. Scott was my guy. He was right on time. Very courteous and moved furniture that was heavy. I was so impressed with the detail they go to. They cover the floor boards as they clean and they have a huge fan they put in the areas to dry faster. I will only use Brothers from here on out and Scott. Most other places are done in less than an hour. Scott was here for an hour and a half. And my carpets had no stains or spots. They surely take their time. Very impressed. read more

I used Brothers Cleaning for carpets for the second year in a row. When I called to schedule she said that if I'd used them before it would most likely be about the same price. When the cleaner arrived he quoted me a price of 60% higher than the previous year to do the exact same job. Same amount of space, even the same technician. He was here and I'd already taken the morning off so I paid the price but I will shop around going forward. Still excellent service...but at what price? $$$$$$ read more

Very professional carpet cleaning service. They do an excellent job, are responsive and on time. They'll do whole house carpet cleaning or spot removal. A guest had a minor accident that poured blood into the guest bedroom carpet, and Brothers successfully removed it. It took 3 visits but perseverance and excellent techniques made the difference. He took great care to protect wall corners where hoses or equipment could cause damage. Bottom line is that they could not remove the dirt. It was just dirt from walking traffic, not a stain. I made them come back and do it again but it wasnt any better the 2nd time. Give them kudos for trying but what I really want is a clean carpet for my $180. read more
