Management is awful and they play favorites, which caused a hostile work environment. The boss acts like a child when something doesn't go his way and throws tantrums at the office staff. When his tantrums would be over he would come out and try to make small talk like nothing happened, or buy pizza for lunch. Pay was very low for the work that was expected. There is no training involved. You are just expected to know what you were supposed to do. If you did it wrong you would get yelled at or he would talk down onto you in front of everyone, calling it a "company meeting." Whenever he said that you KNEW someone was getting yelled at. When he fires someone he tricks them and he tells you not to file for unemployment, saying that it was a volunteer quit when it wasn't. I've seen him do this with past employeea, including myself. He pulled me into the office saying it wasn't working out and for me to clear my desk. He makes it difficult to get unemployment, which I have been fighting. On top of all this he made fun of people behind their backs which I saw all the time. This was the most unprofessional place to work for ever. No company hand book at all. It's been a month and I'm still trying to get unemployment from him because of his lies. And I didn't sign anything saying I quit either. Oh and the other "office lady" there is just as fun to deal with.
