The installer said it was due to the bad carpert that we picked out from Carpetland. Allan the sales person never said anything about the carpet being low grade, we just liked the color, we did not even know the price as it was included in the estimate! So I pointed out the imperfections to the installer and kept getting the same reply, "Theres only so much we can do with this carpet"

Our ducts were moderately dusty to start, and the Bowen team cleaned them thoroughly. They helped me remove some old cable cords that the previous homeowner had run through the ducts as well. As they were leaving, we noticed our television had a dent in it. I asked them to come take a look, and they quickly took responsibility and thought maybe a vacuum hose or something hit the TV. Right on the spot, they offered to replace the TV fully, no questions asked. They had me call Molly in the office, had her get the info on the TV, went to finish another job, picked up the TV at a WalMart, and delivered it back to us. They were very friendly and showed us some samples at the store. Later that afternoon, Mike Knautz came to our home and we were able to discuss choices with him.
