They went to take a look and blamed the chimney flue and after getting the chimney inspected and getting the report stating that it was the roof. EAW said that there was no warranty and they needed to charge if they were to inspect it and charge for any repairs needed. Just to get them to visit took months. I decided to check the roof myself and it's the worst roof job that I had ever seen. They do not stand by their work. I would give them zero stars if possible. I would advise to use someone else as it's ridiculous to have a roof that's a few years old that's leaking and in bad workmanship

He taught me a lot of things about my home's foundation and (unlike other experiences I've had) didn't try to pressure or scare me into things I didn't need to do.
