I called them back after a service twice and Jaime showed up within a day or two and resprayed the areas that were not responding and it looks better than it has in many, many years. They finally came, treated the lawn and added a $100 service that I did not want. I told them 2x I didn't want that particular service. Anyway, I paid it and waited. Not one weed wilted. Not at all. I contacted them, they said they wouldn't do that additional service next month and to give the weeds a little longer, that I would see results. Good enough. I waited to see the results. After all, for $250 I better see some wilting weeds. 2 weeks, nothing. I contacted some snarky person named Charlotte (Bluffadle, Utah location) She told me they "don't perform miracles." And told me she wasn't in customer service and couldn't help me. After this experience, I decided to cancel and go with another service. So I called up, got Destiny. At first she was helpful. But tried a couple times to kind of shame me into staying. She said, "You know. . . your yard didn't get that way overnight. However long it took you to get it in that condition, it's going to take at least that long to get it looking better." Well, thanks for making my departure easier. They do a lousy job.

We had a curb strip that was a horrible mess and just needed that little…read morebit sodded - we knew if we did it ourselves we'd spend more having to redo what we messed up. Good fair price, though still a good chunk of money but we're happy to pay fairly for good service. Other companies we called said they couldn't get to us for weeks and seemed to snub us for the small job - the manager/owner of B&B answered personally right away, treated us with great respect despite our small job (the key of any business!), followed through sending us a quote the next day exactly as they said. Came just days later (after a weekend in between) with super fresh sod, and installed it wonderfully - we didn't even need to be home. Only had to cut out a few holes in it ourselves to get our sprinklers through but they did a great job sizing it the rest of the way. Weeks later we've got the best looking grassy curb strip on the block. Only suggestion would be to have them include some kind of care instructions - we looked it up online somewhere else to make sure we watered it properly but would've been nice to have a little guidance there. Nothing that wouldn't make us refer friends to them or hire them again. Great service, easy and pleasant to work with.

They worked tirelessly and provide excellent value for their high level of quality. Better yet, they are both fantastic people and it was enjoyable working alongside them.
