My wife called to set up an appointment regarding a recall on my cf400. we were told Decemember 10th was our appointment. My wife brought it in and they told her it wasnt until the 17th. when we went to pick it up we were charged for an oil change , new air filter and labor. the recall was for engine oil in the air filter box. i have 1065 miles on it. if the oil wasnt in there we would not have needed a new one. nothing on repair order says they did the recall . when i sent an email requesting something for m,y files saying it was done i have not gotten any response. I'm sure this review will be hidden by yelp like the other negative review. read more

tried to return a new battery that was bad, the same day i purchased it. told it was to be sent back to factory for approval to replace or refund my money $100. they would contact me on the decision sssssssure when pigs fly. was treated like a thief. will never cross their threshold again read more

I should have run the other way when I was asked to pay for the service first and then a warranty claim would be submitted. It took 3 visits to identify a noise that was getting continually worse on my Honda PIONEER. 1st visit couldn't find a problem, 2nd visit replaced the rear brake rotor and pads to a tune of $550.00. They were certain that was the problem. The 3rd visit I asked the service writer if he would come out and listen to it. It took 5 minutes to identify the problem. The metal latches on the box of the side x side were rubbing against the frame. I took it home and liberally applied some axle grease. Problem solved. Brothers wanted nothing to do with some sort of reimbursement for their misdiagnosis. I have never dealt with a company who would not issue a credit for a misdiagnosis. That was the last time I walk in the door at Brothers! Already priced out a new machine with trade in at the Power Lodge. They actually seemed interested in taking care of a customer. read more

We have purchased 2 used ATVs (which were eventually traded towards a brand new ATV), 2 used Arctic Cat snowmobiles a used snowmobile trailer, a used Sea-Doo jet-ski, and a new Yacht Club jet-ski trailer from Mike (used sales manager) at Brothers. We've received great service each time and highly recommend Brothers for any ATV, UTV, dirt bike, PWC or snowmobile purchase. Extremely fair and professional in all interactions. We're pleased with the service work we've have done. We've purchased items in the retail shop as well, but note that unless there is a sale, prices can be high. Last summer i smashed up my 1996 Honda trike. I took it to Brothers for extensive repair. As you can imagine, parts are not readily available for a trike that old. Bill and the team at brothers put a tremendous amount of time and work into making my trike look like new. Some accessories had to be custom made as they are no longer available. If you saw my trike, you would swear it just came off a new showroom floor. They did an amazing job. I am very grateful they accepted the challenge and made my trike look better than new. read more
