They slapped some putty on my messed up quarter round and they said they had order extra of! Took them MONTHS to get back to me on when they could even do the repairs ( they made no money ). My floors look worse now than they did before they sent a man who didn't speak any English and other to help who was just a warehouse worker! I spent almost 10k on my flooring!!! John was prompt in his communications, honest, and most of all, knew what he was doing (phew!). For the area, I feel like his pricing was reasonable for the experience that he came with. As with all estimates, make sure you get something in writing, to confirm pricing. In my pictures, you'll see the studs "BEFORE" then his finished work as the "AFTER".
