They work with Fairway Village and between the two of them nothing gets done!! Not one of these companies want to own up the completing the job!! I am so disgusted with them both!!! The experience working with Cobalt is terrible. Thorough working with this company, they have…read moreproved to be very unorganized and unknowledgeable. We had to be very proactive ourselves to do work we were led to believe Cobalt would do and pay for things we were led to believe we're included in the price of the home. We never got any real answers from Cobalt or open lines of communication. The small build took 640 days, more than 2.5 times the amount of time as outlined in the contract. We were not advised when home was completed in a timely manner. Cobalt provided no walk through experience as most builders do to ensure satisfaction. The way our home was delivered and the condition in which it was delivered in was despicable. It cost us several more thousands of dollars just to get the house livable. They hung floating vanities without enough support causing stress on the wall. There are children in my home and this could lead to a fatality. Cobalt really made the experience quite treacherous, one that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through when it should be fun and joyful. This is not a proactive and transparent company. They take no responsibility and will leave you feeling scammed. Ultimately, Cobalt made us feel taken advantage of and financially drained. We are very disappointed in our experience and would advise anyone else to hire your own subs along the way or go with anyone else.
