With the increasing popularity of supermarket deli and meat departments, it is nice every so often to visit butchers like Brough's and buy some great quality meat, when approaching the great British barbeque season in particular. I have recently bought a great selection of sausages whilst there which included award-winning honey sausages that were lovely as well as some delicious chorizo sausages that I cannot wait to buy again. They also do brilliant cuts of beef and various flavours of chicken which put Tesco's hot chicken counter to shame, representing great value for money. So, if you're in the area, I strongly advise you visit Brough's for your meat requirements as their food will leave you always wanting to go back for more.
