This is a hit or miss kinda place. If you get the right brow threader, you'll be good. Otherwise, you may be left with very thin brows. Unfortunaly, some of the threaders do not bother to ask what shape or how you want your brows and even if they do, they still leave them way to thin! I really needed a quick treading since I was on a lay over. This place does have perfect convenient times that accommodate its customers with hours until 9 PM (until the mall closes). The lady who was threading was torturing me slowly. I know she wants to be precise, but a truly good threader would not let you suffer and roll over fast with the thread. In the background of Indian music, I suffered..... After all, I was happy with the results. Their prices are 11$ for eyebrows, but they kind of force you to pay tip by talking about tip in their own language, as well as postings about tip on the price list. Satisfied. Okay so the only reason I have not given 5 stars yet is because I need my girlfriends to tell me what they think of my new brows. I was very skeptical before going to this place because one I had never had my brows threaded and two the reviews on yelp of it being very painful. Well, I found that I didn't experience any more pain than with my usual wax. Her name started with an A, damn I wish I remember the actual name, she was friendly and quick. She noticed it was my first time since I didn't know at one point I would have to hold up my brow. She was friendly and so far my first impression is that my brows look great! I'm not one to right a bad review but wow. Today I went to this location that was previously in international mall and now in dolphin mall & the MANAGER threaded my eyebrows and did a terrible job. She left one thinner then the other and longer then the other, rushed through my eyebrows while she was tinting another girls eyebrows & left a patch. When I mentioned it to her she said " I'm the manager I teach everyone here , I know what I'm doing & you just need to come back in 3 weeks to clean them again " my eyebrows are not perfect but I am a regular at this location and have had my eyebrows done many times with another girl and I've never had an issue. Unfortunately after this I will not be back & had to go elsewhere to get my eyebrows fixed. $12 for something that could've been done better & with more care. read more

My wife comes here regularly. Some of the people are really experienced and know what they are doing. But some of them are newer and since it is something you do by hand there can be unevenness in what they do. It's only human. They fuc**** yell at you when she simply ask them "does it look even on both sides?" We are not getting it for free, it's a goddamm service for which we are paying good money. And after all this they say something in their own language to their other customers and start laughing That's not how you treat your customers and sure lost a regular customer for this kind of behavior. I don't know if they treated only us that way since we are Indians too or do they treat the Others the same way. I sure hope others don't have such a bad experience and if they do please complain about it and hopefully they'll improve or shut shop. read more

This place is fast and painful. I have had threading before, and this was so much more painful. I think they use cheap string?? Also, their technique is so harsh! and I do not have sensitive skin, but I was red for about an hour after i left. I didn't want to risk my eyebrows, so after my lip was done, I rushed out! Also, my threader was a male, forgot his name since he didn't introduce himself- very unproffesional.He did remove all the hair, but it was not pleasant. Zahida (Z) is amazing!! I always see women go to her in particular but if you get here early there's usually not a big wait. She's really focused when working on your eyebrows, doesn't apply too much pressure & works quickly. I like a simple touch up and she's never gone overboard on my eyebrows. The service was fast and friendly. Everyone complains about the pain but i seriously would rather endure this than pluck strand for strand or risk getting burnt from wax. My only complaint was you get a massage afterwards which is great but my lady had some nails on her and she kept scratching me, I had to ask her to stop. Let me start off by saying that I have been to another version of this shop in Dadeland mall and I left unhappy and with eyebrows that were too thin. However, the one here in international mall is a great place to get your eyebrows cleaned up without worrying about having them destroyed. I always come to Anisa who is patient and seems experienced. In fact, I went today for a quick clean up after having gone to a different place for the past 7 months. I was very clear in expressing the fact that I did not want to make them thinner and she delivered exactly what I wanted. Yelp won't let me give zero stars, or else I would. I just came here to warn you against this place. Worst beauty experience I've ever had! I had been growing my eyebrows for months in order to really give them a great shape. When I got there I specifically told the lady (an Indian lady in her 50s) that I like to keep my eyebrows natural looking and just needed some grooming. She completely butchered my eyebrows and I got up in the middle of the threading. She made them extremely thin and SHAPELESS. No arch, no nothing, one straight line, I look like a cartoon character and will now have to spend the next couple of months growing it out again and in the meantime, use a pencil to color it in. Awful place my usual lady that I go to was not available and I was in the mall and saw this place , I sat down she started threading I said just a clean up .... well she over threaded and actually tore some of my eye lid skin ( where no hair even grows !) my eyes was puffy and red and scabbed over for 3 days I was soooooo pissed ... never again read more

The tech was TERRIBLE!!!!! I wish I caught her name. She gave me 2 different arches and took too much hair off of my right eyebrow. And the other techs kept their noses buried in their magazines instead of trying to see the damage done. I will NEVER return to this branch. I live in Doral but I will make the drive to the Pembroke mall branch because their Techs and service is wayyyy better. It's a little weird for me to say I even come here for my eyebrows because I am not the type to get any beauty services done in the mall. But I came here in an emergency and one woman did my eyebrows amazingly!! I only come to her and apparently she's built up a following. There are 2 other women there but everyone will wait for her chair to be free. She's the middle chair so it's easy to see that she's got everyone on the couch waiting their turn. I haven't taken the time to find an official brow place but for now this place is great!! Fast and affordable. $30 for your whole face.
