The ladies will ask how you'd like your brows styled, checking after each brow that you're happy. Don't worry if you're a newbie, I have taken plenty of people here to have their first threading experience and the staff are always happy to provide some friendly guidance. The store can be a little tricky to locate as it's tucked down Royal Arcade, you can access from Bourke Street Mall or Elizabeth Street. I don't make an appointment and haven't had to wait longer than 5 mins.

I was the only customer so was serviced immediately but have to say I didn't love the job she did on my eyebrows. And what really surprised me in a bad way was how she didn't bother to wipe any of the hair covering my face or even offer me a tissue to do it myself.
