    i was referred to attorney ethan nobles for legal help regarding a false assertion that i had…read moredementia brought by my two sons, michael and matthew mcwilliams following my fourth spine surgery for combat injuries. my first "guardian" hired 2 attornies to apply for a dementia finding because "i had difficult locating my keys, that my credit charges would lead to bankruptcy (i had no credit card, no money or property" losses). i was asked to report to pulaski court. i asked why and the attorney my son recommended responded "no big deal", u are 100% disabled and the "court wants to determine you are ok." i was 100% recovered from surgery and able to walk, unaided. in 3 years my guardian spent an amount totaling $404,000, plus $60,000, from my savings to pay off his delinquent credit card accounts. judge moore removed matthew as guardian for financial problems and comingling of private funds. not one valid receipt was provided. funds were spent on annual 3 week vacations, many regional hunting trips, 3 week trip to paris for the family, a camping truck, possibly several cars with every cent spent and nothing left. my son was unemployed from children's hospital in l.r. as a/c mech. after 10 years making $120,000. a year. no legal proof of dementia was provided but a statement from a non-medical physical therapist that i had dementia which remained for over 3 years on file. after arguments between sons guardianship given to oldest son michael living 5 hours from me in texas. in 2 1/2 years he has only seen me once ---no help but paid $10,000 a mo., devalues my $500,000 home in chenal loss of $32,000. in shrubs ,grass, fence, water system and up keep. home left empty for 6 years and now filthy; furniture trashed. i have had to live in a nursing home but was denied to live in my home costing me about $2,000, a month in mortgage payments. doctors scott simmons, m.d. and gohar, m.d. have provided medical recommendations that i should recommend i move to a more comfortable living environment like my empyt home. also, two attending physicians have not found that i have dementia and may make my own decisions without a guardianship. 9

He doesn't keep his clients informed and we were made to feel like we were bothering him when we finally gave up hearing from him. He made promises on work he was paid for and never did finish. He is very unorganized it seems.
