Yall she told me what I needed to be doing to help myself BEFORE I even hired her. Then when I did hire her it wasn't long before she got things moving. Kristin and her team explain everything to me before they do anything. I am ALWAYS in the loop about what's happening in my case and she listens to all of my concerns and always informs me of what my options are.
