I had a vehicle significantly damaged in a hail storm that while parked at work a few miles from home. I was fortunate that our other vehicles escaped with minimal damage and did not think much else about it.... until the phone started ringing multiple times every day from numerous out of roofing companies. I did not pay much heed to them as my roof "looked okay" for its age. I knew Will Brown through a rec league team I played on and asked him about roofs /hail damage. He gave me a quick overview and offered to send someone by to look. One of his reps came by a few days later and found it to be worse than it looked to my untrained eye. They provided detailed photos of the damage and explained potential problems if left as is. Btown Boys came out and met with my insurance adjuster and surveyed the roof with him, showing him the damages in detail. The insurance company approved within a few minutes. The Brown Boys gave us quite a few options on shingles /colors and recommended some enhancements on our venting. The materials arrived and the crew was working just a couple days later. The work was done in two days and they did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. A Brown Boys rep was back out to inspect the finished roof and provide a detailed report along with the warranty information. Best of all, they worked step by step with my insurance company and kept that process stress free. The entire process went way smoother than I would have ever expected. Brown Boys Roofing in Bentonville made getting a new roof way more enjoyable than it has any right to be. I went in expecting stress, noise, and at least one mild existential crisis... but instead got professionalism, efficiency, and a crew that clearly knows what they're doing. The salesperson, Zach, was great--knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and refreshingly not pushy. It felt less like a sales pitch and more like getting solid advice from someone who actually cares (imagine that). The crew showed up on time and got to work like a well-oiled machine. Honestly, it was kind of impressive to watch--like a roofing version of a NASCAR pit crew, but without the crashes. They worked quickly, did everything right, and didn't leave behind the usual "souvenirs" like nails or debris. Having been a home owner in several states with nearly every home needing a new roof at some time, I've been through many roof replacements. Brown Boys sets a stellar example of what a professional roofing company SHOULD look like! The drip edges are perfect, shingle lines are laser straight and valleys are woven neatly. They have amazing staff and contractors. Luis Rodas stayed in constant contact updating me along the way with arrival times, work progress and was spot on with every thing he promised. His crews took great pains to protect the landscaping from debris and traffic with the result being I've got a beautiful new roof and no evidence anyone was ever here. No nails, no trash, nothing around the house afterwards usually found after this magnitude of re-roof. We had to replace our roof due to damage. From start to finish this was an easy and professional experience. Abram Parks met with me initially and went above and beyond by bringing me supplies of samples to help pick my colors. He was very patient, polite and professional. Once the process started, due to my work schedule I was primarily off-site. Cameron Hatch stayed in touch via phone and text. The job was well done and cleaned up perfectly! No trash or nails. My family had a great experience with Brown Boys Roofing. The salesman was early for the appointment and very professional. He explained everything in great detail and made sure I didn't have any questions. He even with into more detail on things I was told by other roofers that weren't 100% accurate. The installation went as planned and then the gutters were installed on time too. My mother in law is having them install solar panels. They even gave my dog a stuffed snow beaver. Don't - Just don't They were good about 6 yrs ago, but since then, they have really lost focus on roofing and doing that one thing. I had a project going on and the current BB manager at the time showed up regarding something to do with the roof (they installed) and he was such an a hole - telling the other workmen (electrician and plumber) how to do and what to do, that they walked off the job and would not come back until I promised that Mr. A Hole would not be back. If you are a roofing guy, stop pretending you are an electrician/plumber. read more
