They are now refusing to pay for the damage that they caused. They are make excuses, like "how do we know it wasn't damaged before" and the hilo driver is now claiming I was guiding him in. I wasn't in a position to guide him in yet and then he lunged fwd. A meeting was set up 1/28/13 6:30pm between CJ, Tim and the owner and no one showed up. We will be taking this to small claims court. We are members at the Yale Lutheran church and have let our members know not to do business with Bens any more. They have beer and wine, pizza, subs and a bunch of other typical gas station foods. The prices are fair for the area and I go there all the time. Gone are the days of the angry owners wife throwing my change at me. This happened several times by the way. The cashiers are nice and friendly. The new owner seems to be very nice and cheerful. There are for some dang reason two gas stations in this little town. I would stick with this one. However that said they don't have any space for people to get gas. They have 3 pumps in an area so tight you can get one full sized car and a baby stroller into. But thats my only minor complaint.

Pumps at this location do not operate straight forward. The tap-to-pay is very misleading. Fix the dad blame pumps so that they are not so misleading. Attitude displayed when trying to explain was without any effort to understand the confusion. The employee made no effort to explain the proper way to use the pumps. They did sort of admit that it is a little confusing but still didn't explain how to correct it for future. They made sure to explain that they have the phone number and license plate number to be sure to send the police. I will not be back for anything at this location. Less than a star.
