I went to the store today with a small bag of returnable cans... Cmon guys ... Six machines and four of them out of order... Obviously the "GRAINGER" way of keeping things running does not apply here... Don't know where overseas you got these contraptions from, but you need to send them back... Way to sensitive to any anomaly on the can and too many rejections for barcodes when I know the product is sold there,,, OK, I'm done bitching... Clean and well maintained store with a great selection of merchandise, although they didn't have a very good selection of cactus and succulents. Parking was easy and plentiful, plus the store was easy to find. Could use a better selection of cold soft drinks at the express check-out lanes. They needed restocking and the selection was sporadic. read more

Went to the tire center to get a tire fixed on a holiday. They were very accommodating and helpful and were able to fix the tire in no time. They were very communicative the whole time. read more

This Walmart seems to slipping lately. The tire and lube center employees are very friendly and helpful, but the equipment they use seems to be in a constant state of disrepair. It seems that every time I go there for tire rotation and balancing, at least one their balancers doesn't work. This makes the wait even longer than necessary just because the management cannot keep their machines in working order. The parking lot is full of shopping carts with garbage floating around. On any given night you can find what appears to be drug deals going in the far corners of the parking lot too. These losers use loud booming music to attract their customers like a neighborhood ice cream vendor. The bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy. No matter how many times I have flipped the "please clean the bathroom" switch, the bathrooms are always dirty. The newest wrinkle is that Walmart is moving towards a no returns policy especially without a receipt. So if you shop here, don't expect to return anything unless you keep your receipt. read more

Brought our van in because of a flat tire, oil change and burnt blinker bulb. We had tires replaced. When we went to pick the van up the blinker was still broke and they told us we had electical problems not an issue with a bulb. The next day the new tire was flat. I called walmart and explained we were there the day before and our tire is flat. The response was " Well maybe if your rim wasnt bent then your tire wouldnt be flat already." First off we were not told the rim was messed up. If we were then we would have replaced it. Instead they sent a family home in an unsafe vehicle. Second I ended up taking the van to a discount tire and was told that my tires were way way to small for the van. We had to have all the new ones that were just put on replaced and we had the rims fixed. Discount tire gave us a discount equal to what we just paid for the tires at Walmart. To top it off luckily I didnt have the car looked at for electrical problems ..I just went and bought a new bulb and replaced it myself..and it works. Just plain laziness on their part. Was very concerned about the amount of people that walked in without a mask and the workers said absolutely nothing to the customers. It was fairly packed and about half the store was wearing a mask... no joke. I feel like the workers should encourage customers to wear there mask. read more

Wally world always fun!! And exciting kinda like the airport. But, the cheapest items China can supply I do find made In America there Tire and lube but usually a wait . Awesome lawn and garden Kids love there toy section And yes they still sell .223 what I like Fruit and vegetables may wanna go elsewhere And meat??I buy local for all that right off the farm. This is easily one of the cleanest, most organized Walmarts that I have been to. You do, however, have to remember that it's a Walmart so you shouldn't really be expecting the best of anything. read more

My customer experience begins December 23, 2021 at Walmart store number 1987, Lapeer Michigan. I went to Walmart to have a battery replaced after having three failed attempts over the previous week for my car to start. AAA came out and checked my battery on December 22nd and analyzed I just needed a battery but they didn't have one in stock. I chose to go to my local Walmart for a battery. I arrived at Walmart having nothing wrong with my car except needing a battery. The service center guy tested and changed my battery and as I observed from the waiting room I noticed the position of my battery was in wrong and I overheard him ask someone in the service center "Are you going to tell her or am I ?". He proceeded to come in and tell me that I now have lights on my dashboard for battery, ABS and brake due to changing out the battery and there was something wrong with the car and he didn't know if it would last 24 hours or if it would just reset itself from the computer. He told me I needed to drive it over the next 24 hours and see if the computer reset itself. Upon leaving the store I noticed my headlights & dome lights were dim and my heater fan no longer worked. I drove it about 7 miles to see if the computer would reset as the guy suggested and took it back to the service center by which time they were closed. I then drove 13 miles to the gas station, shut my car off to pump gas and it died, needing to be jumpstarted again all with a brand new battery. Upon leaving the gas station after I had it jumped about 5 miles from my home, my headlights and dash lights started sporadically going out and coming back on and approximately two blocks from my house my car died again. I had to have it jumpstarted again to get it home. Upon calling Walmart Corporate customer service 3 separate times since December 24th, after 2 weeks I have not received a call back. The local store claims no responsibility for the damage to my car and only offers me a refund or a new battery, although i clearIy drove my car there with no other problems and now it had to be towed to a local shop as it will not run at all. I have missed Christmas, New Years and my Birthday with my family. I cannot get to the grocery store, to pick up prescriptions or doctors appointments due to my car not running at all now. I have reached out Walmart Corporate and the local store numerous times. I spoke with two people from the local store only, with no resolution . No call received from Walmart Corporate to date. I come here a lot, mainly because of their pricing, sales, and savings catcher app. Customer service could use improvement, and it could be a little more clean in my personal opinion. Pick up in store / photo area is beyond slow, and they always only have like 4 registers open out of the 15-20 they have. I will not buy fruit here anymore, that is one thing that needs to change. Over 80% of their fruit comes with mold already on it. Mainly on their strawberries and grapes. It's disgusting. Other than that I do shop for everything else here. read more

the past two Saturdays my husband and I have walked out to flat tires on our cars, the first weekend mine and the second weekend his. Both times we hasd to get them fixed on Sunday so we could get to work on Monday and both times the staff was very friendly and helpful especially when I went in and had no idea what type of tires I needed or anything. Wouldn't take a check from the customer in front of me even tho it was for a school function and they had all the proper documentation for pick up. Total profiling of the two gentlemen trying to pay and pick up the good for a school event. Made a huge fuss over nothing I don't even know the guys and I was mortified for them. I never ever go to Walmart but from the advice of many people this was THE place to go to get new tires. 4 brand new ones for around $300...it's a good deal, right? The manager waited on us, super polite and friendly. He basically went over my choices and explained everything that was included. I was told it would be about an hour so I got to peruse the store while I waited. Yes, the "People of Walmart" pictures are truly a real thing. I sat in the Subway just watching people. Wow...just wow. After the hour was up, my tires were on and good to go. As I was driving home, however, I noticed that I needed an alignment.
