DO NOT BOOK I rarely…read morewrite poor reviews but I cannot recommend against using this company enough. I paid $500 for a move in deep clean, meaning there was zero furniture, and the house was already relatively in good shape from the clean the previous owner had done a couple months prior, when listing. Should have been a very simple deep clean. My husband and I were at the house the day before and the day after the cleaning. It looked basically identical. No room in the house showed any evidence of cleaning. No traces of vacuuming or clean surfaces. Lots of dust particles, rogue hairs, food crumbs, footprints etc. that were all found immediately following the service and prior to our move in. When we raised our concern and tried to get a reclean or refund, the team was rude, dismissive and barely responsive. They offered no explanation or even rebuttal of our comment that "it looks like no one was here". One employee told me that, though they CAN offer recleans, she had spoke to the cleaner and she "refused to come back for a reclean". (No explanation there- felt so bizarre) Instead, they offered us a $100 refund, which felt like a slap in the face considering we paid half a grand for no difference in the house and no explanation as to why that was. My husband finally mentioned taking them to small claims court, and they conceded a $250 refund. We let it go at that point out of exhaustion honestly, but the whole process and the way it was handled by their team was bizarre and really unfortunate. Feeling very scammed.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. SCAM. I paid $435 total for a deep clean and window cleaning which…read morewas $85 of that. They had to come back twice after they didn't show up twice. I'm 8 months pregnant and I had to continue to explain and walk around on bed rest to them the list they provided online for regular cleaning and deep clean the company's reply was "sometimes they miss items on the list" after they get you to pay .The lead HK kept telling me to just book through and she wouldn't charge that price as I the client is in the wrong for paying these prices. I asked for the owners email I was not given it, also I asked twice to ensure that the HK contact knew what was on the list had no clue. ( list that was advertised on the website) Below are the pictures they left after the cleaning and I had to contact them to return and that is when the secured a time and didn't show up TWICE.
