They may chat in the beginning as they triage the house, but then everyone puts on their earbuds and all I hear is a vacuum. Working from home, it was essential for me to find a service that wouldn't distract me with lots of chatter. Third, they communicate well. My typical cleaning day is Monday, so I get a text by mid-day on Friday giving me a two-hour window when they will be here. Recently there have been a couple weeks where so many employees were sick, they needed to reschedule. They were very accommodating and apologetic about it. Finally, they just do a good job. They are not deep cleaners, but surfaces are wiped, floors are mopped, and the kitchen looks great. At the rates we are paying (very competitive!), I don't expect a deep clean every time. I, of course, did not take a photo of my bathroom vanity that morning, leaving me with a $300 trip to the dentist in addition to her $400 fee for cleaning the home. A very disappointing experience.
