It was after hours and the temperature was 86 in my house. I called Pruett ac again. I spoke to Josh. He came out really fast. He was very young but he worked like a total professional. He had a great touch. He worked very fast but didn't leave until the ac unit was working. He went to write the bill and asked if Pruett had been out today. He told me that he was going to call his supervisor about the bill because they had been out there today. After hours service call is $89.00. He came back and said that they were going to only charge for the part installed. I was so very pleased that he thought about the charge and called his supervisor about the the after hour service call. The gentleman gave me the run down on what was going on and what he was doing while diagnosing the issues and made sure we understood. He was very knowledgeable, nice, upfront about what he was doing, diagnosing the issue/issues. The cost to fix/replace the circuit breaker was very reasonable which is nice due to what is going in the world with the high cost of living and etc. Do they do discounts for Military service men/ladies and families yes they do! Do you have something to hide, DARRELL?! If you delete mine, I'll only post again here and in other places!!! First, we got the runaround for weeks from both the owner and our home warranty company -- each blamed the other for parts being canceled or never picked up. Whatever! Finally, after a month, we got our new air conditioner installed. We were happy for about three days -- until we noticed a huge bubble forming in our kitchen ceiling. We assumed a pipe had burst in the wall, so we called our home warranty company for a plumber and opened a claim with our home insurance company to get a mitigation crew on standby. By morning, the bubble kept growing until water started leaking onto our floors. We couldn't wait for the plumber, so our insurance company approved a mitigation team to come in and dry out the ceiling before mold could form. Well, guess what? The leak was from the air conditioner installation -- completely their fault. Either they don't know what they're doing, or they really don't know what they're doing. My husband called the owner, who sent someone over to reposition the condensation pan and promised to come back to fix the condensation line and repair the hole in our ceiling. That was two weeks ago -- no one ever showed up, and now the owner won't respond to texts or calls. Because of Darryl's negligence, we now have thousands of dollars in damage -- not just to our ceiling but also to our hardwood floors. Do NOT -- I repeat, DO NOT -- use this company. They will lie, disappear, and leave you with the mess.

Now my water drains are free flowing and i have excellent water pressure throughout my house. Duane Woodworth came out and did the survey and one of his employees, C J did the work. Duane would assist as needed. The work was complicated by having to enter into a crawl space from the Basement and replaced drains on the tub and two lavatory sinks that was no easy task. CJ accomplished correcting my drain issue and removed all the galvanized pipes from the crawl space. I know who i will be calling in the future should i require a plumber.
