I wanted to shop in store but the item I wanted was not in stock so I check out the app and found…read morewhat I needed. Item qualified for free shipping until the kohls cash was applied so the total price was higher than I should've been so I selected in store pickup to save the shipping charge. Later on a messaged appeared saying my order was ready for pickup so I arrive to the store and proceeded inside with little pickup instructions. On the app it says to proceed with pickup but after clicking the button nothing happens so I decided to asked the lady up front. Instead of receiving help I was schooled / scolded like as if I was an employee doing wrong. I was told to read the instructions and it would give me a number but it didn't. I tried several time to tell her but she dismissed me keep in mind there was no customer around. I decided to listed to her directive and walk over to the pickup area only to find a massive organized bin of bags nothing stating my name. Reluctantly I approached her for help again and was met by the same response so I told her I would come back another time and this is when she decided to help but I don't think she wanted to help I think she wanted to prove me wrong. Only when she attempted to used my app herself she found out the same issues I was having. No apology she proceeded to use her table to find my order info and order number to direct me to the correct bin. I proceeded back to the bins picked up my item and left. I will never use this service again or visit this location again. And unfortunately I have more kohls cash expiring this month and I'll let it expire because it's not worth the problems.

The store is always in good condition, as far as cleanliness and orderliness (no items in the wrong rack in this store) and it's decorated cutely with the clothing they have available. The store itself has tons of fashionable attire, modern and business casual. While it seems to be geared to the younger generation, their business casual selection is appropriate for most business settings for the younger generation (and older too, if you're hip to it). But, the best feature that they offer is outstanding customer service. I can walk in there, tell them what I'm looking for and they'll take several minutes showing me different items in the store that I may like. Then, they'll also bring in other items that, after discovering your "taste" in style, they think you may like to your dressing room--just for fun! They are knowledgable about which jean styles fit well with different types--which as most women know, shopping for jeans can be quite an ordeal. Any time I need a great outfit, wardrobe update or just want to shop for fun--they're the place I go to!!
