I've actually been in her place and enjoyed the space. I had come back from a trip and taken the day off. I decided after a nice lunch I would go tour. I set the tour up on THEIR website for that day (meaning they had availability) at least 3 hours in advance. After a great lunch, I drove 30 minutes to the complex to walk in to an unpleasant leasing office. Marie was the young lady there and I'm not for sure if she was having a bad moment but she was not welcoming. I walked in she looked at me then continued about her business (sitting at her desk). So I spoke and let her know that I was there To do a tour. She let mw know that there were no availabilities because the one unit she had open someone was moving in that day. I informed her that that was odd because I booked online (she never asked me what size unit o was looking for). She stated that the leasing office doesn't get those notifications( not solely hee fault here, however if we are going to use an online system make SURE your staff gets notifications!) She proceeds to tell me while I'm still in confusion that she can give me information on the apartments and that these videos are better than online. Cool. She NEVER gets up. She say the paper and her card on top of a candle on her desk. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed at the fact that time, gas and again MY time was wasted.

The other day, I was letting my dogs out at the dog park when a group of children opened up the gate, letting on my dogs out. Of course I had to chase them get them back inside the gate because the kids also had a little dog. Then I had an angry parent show up on my doorstep, screaming at me, not to yell at their kid. I have experienced multiple issues and problems throughout my entire lease. Despite multiple…read moreattempts over my entire lease to reach the office by phone, email, and in person, I have not been able to get consistent communication or support. It has been nearly impossible to reach anyone, even during emergent situations, which was extremely concerning. My car was broken into twice inside the secured garage, which is supposed to be accessible only to me and office staff. This incident made me feel very unsafe. When I attempted to report it, I received no response, and none of my calls or voicemails were returned and it seems nobody cares. I have also had multiple experiences where the maintenance technician entered my apartment with little to no notice. On one occasion, he entered after only one knock and just unlocked my door while I was not appropriately dressed, which was extremely distressing. I had specifically requested that he come later in the evening and to call before entering, which was not respected. I was misled about the apartment itself. During my tour, I was shown a unit advertised as approximately 1,000 square feet with a screened-in balcony. However, the unit I received was significantly smaller, and the balcony space does not match what was presented and was 700ish square feet. I wasn't even able to tour the apartment i was given before i signed and that should've been my 1st red flag. I am extremely disappointed with how these issues have been handled and the lack of communication and safety. For the amount i paid to live here you would think that the office people would care about their residents. Literally the only way to get a call through is to spam call them until they answer. Nobody is ever in the office and not one of my voicemails were ever answered. I called to ask about my last month's rent and no one got back to me and I had to call them 12 times before someone answered. Also, when I moved in, no one gave me the passcodes for the pool, gym or even the basketball court. All the doors to the office are always locked, and no one ever gave me the code to any of the amenities and throughout my entire stay, and I was never able to use any of my amenities that I paid money for. Overall I'm just very dissatisfied in this apartment and I would never recommend anyone ever live here.
