She did a phenomenal job on patient education. She did it with so much patience and with a smile. Highly recommend going to her for whatever you need. I was also explained the packaging and pricing without feeling forced to buy or pressure. Now for the part I was a little disappointed with. Because I didn't have a jowl or turkey neck she decided to do the hybrid facial. I spent $149 for 10 minutes of the neveskin and a 10 minute cold facial. So in total it was about 25 mins. I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth. I understand it's just a promo but if I'm not getting one full session how will I determine if it works? The studio is clean and well organized. I completely understand addressing a missed appointment and holding clients accountable for scheduling policies. That is fair. What was unnecessary was the rude and dismissive way it was handled. It is unfortunate because the space itself is nice and the quality of the work is generally good, but I will not continue supporting a business where I feel mistreated for making an honest mistake.
