I booked a promo I saw on IG. It was for slimming double chin and jowl neck and jaw line. I'll start with the things I liked. Lindsey was amazing. She really took the time to explain everything and answer some questions I had about the Neveskin procedure. She let me know what to expect and when. How it would feel during and after. She did a phenomenal job on patient education. She did it with so much patience and with a smile. Highly recommend going to her for whatever you need. I was also explained the packaging and pricing without feeling forced to buy or pressure. Now for the part I was a little disappointed with. Because I didn't have a jowl or turkey neck she decided to do the hybrid facial. I spent $149 for 10 minutes of the neveskin and a 10 minute cold facial. So in total it was about 25 mins. I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth. I understand it's just a promo but if I'm not getting one full session how will I determine if it works? The studio is clean and well organized. Lots of free parking as well. ***I highly recommend this place, they offer a lot of great beauty services. I had a very enjoyable experience! I am going to see how my face responds to my treatment. I have loved fluttering wink since 2019. Ashlyn is amazing. Maybe a year ago I had to have someone else to my lashes. My best friend penny actually did it as a gift and spent almost four hundred dollars. After my lashes were done she looked at me and both of us We're completely unhappy. We both went to the manager and asked for a refund. Now mind you i've gone there Several times over the years even coming out of town to have Ashlyn do my fill. Apparently you're not able to complain or ask for a refund. I came to go tanning and this place was next door, and I was excited because I was looking into getting laser hair removal. Unfortunately it turned out to be one of those places were the pretty employee working there was extremely snobby and hostile. basically the mean girl attitude. The rest of the staff could be great I really don't know, but obviously I will not be going here for any services. I went in for a refill but ended up needing a full set. I got the classic set and Rehgan did a good job. She was very nice and made it a comfortable experience. I don't have many lashes to work with which is why I get lashes put on. She was able to tell me why my other lash extensions kept falling off and was even able to recommend a product to get my lashes growing and stronger. I appreciate that when they fell out rather quickly the first time, they offered to replace and fix them until they finally stayed in better. I appreciate that kind of service and felt like they cared about making sure the product worked for me. The facility is well maintained and everyone seems really nice there. The beds they use are ridiculously comfortable as they put the lashes in. I actually fell asleep on one of the occasions! I will say that the first couple days, they looked amazing. It was nice to not wear mascara and my eyes were popping. They just unfortunately didn't last very long for me even on the final attempt, and I couldn't have the volume ones in the end either. However I have a friend that her's seem to work well for her and swears by it. So i think it's going to depend on a case to case, how well they stick to your lashes, etc. read more

It's been a rough 18 months for educators. As a form of self care I decided to get lash extensions for my birthday in April. I had my initial appointment with Michelle who seemed knowledgeable. I was excited about the look and scheduled a fill. Fast forward to last Saturday, I got a new set for an event. That night lashed started to come out. By Monday quite a few had fallen out. I called on Monday to alert them and schedule to come in on Thursday. I was disappointed that the owner and manager were not in that day. I actually had to pay an additional $50 after paying $225. In less than a week I paid $275 for them to start falling out again. I had hoped for better customer service and would expect a full refund. This would be preferable to a Better Business Bureau complaint. Update - Lindsey the owner reached out to me directly. She was able to get me scheduled with her at no charge. During the initial conversation, we discussed another glue option that is stronger. She indicated it works better for some clients with more oily skin. Also, Lindsey gave some tips for wearing my lashes. They came out amazing!!! read more

(This review is not about the company as a whole, but a specific service) I don't usually write reviews, and I went back and forth with myself about writing this. I am just super sad about my eyebrow threading experience. I know hair grows back, but I had super nice brows going in for a clean up and I came out with uneven brows. I have been here previously but I had gotten them waxed and they came out perfect! Michelle is the one who waxed them for me and she did an AMAZING job. However I decided to thread them this time around and the employee who did them ruined them. I am so sad because now I have to start my brow journey. I am writing this as a warning for other customers. I'm not sure if it was just my personal experience or if it's happened to others but I would not recommend threading your brows here. If you want your brows done I would suggest just getting a wax with Michelle. She's super sweet and goes above and beyond. I guess I learned my lesson never go outside of who you know. read more

Does it make a huge difference...you decide. Here are two pics. One from last week. No make-up. One from today. 1.5 hr having extensions and over $200 I'm still holding out judgement until my guy sees them. Let me know what you think I've been back now a total of 4x. I'm hooked. I also manage to be gentle on them enough to only go back for a $70 fill once a month. The benefit of not having to wear mascara is amazing. I use the clear Maybelline some days to keep them in order. I purchase the special cleaners and brush but to not use at all. read more

I'm a total newbie to lashes and trusted another "reputable place" and "master stylist" - even after THAT place charged me $250 and let me leave with chunks of glue... I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they'd want to make it right... I even was told it was 'normal' and that "she's a master stylist!" Okay. But that didn't explain why it started to hurt so bad! They wanted me to come back - for another round of torture I guess... I asked for a refund, they denied me that request. Clearly they weren't applied correctly. The pic on top is 5 or 6 days after she applied them. It was so horrible... I've learned so much. BUT.... After reading some reviews and looking through pics, I called and explained what had happened to the lovely receptionist at F&W. I made an appointment and I saw Elle () at Flutter & Wink to remove them. She is beyond wonderful and we laughed at my 'Ls' as she gently saved what lashes I had left. Oh the other stylist (Amber at High Brow Social Club negative 5 stars) also did a hacked up lash lift - which bent and fried my lashes, before she glued them together- so they were NOT in good shape by the time I met Elle. But She saved my lashes, we waited a couple days and then she did a fresh set. See pics - simply beautiful AND NO CHUNKS OF GLUE! Amazing! Worth her weight in gold and can't sing her praises enough! Everyone there is really sweet and it's a fun, clean, enjoyable atmosphere and they really have HIGHLY SKILLED TECHNICIANS who love their craft! This used to be the best place to go for amazing lashes from conscientious and professional staff. The past few years, it has become all about money and customer service has been seriously lacking. I have been a lash customer of Flutter and Wink for over 5 years. I have referred numerous people for lashes, microblading and lash lift & tints, but will no longer. It seems like the focus is now on laser services...which I would NEVER have done by anyone there. It's really unfortunate. I used to love Flutter and Wink. They had a great team of aestheticians with an infectious comradery. There has been huge turnover, so more than the clients have been suffering. read more

Update: I got my lashes done yesterday (partial fill) and many of the lashes already came out. By the time I got home yesterday after my appt, I had 2 lashes laying on my right cheek bone. Today, I found 4 on my pillow when I woke up this morning and another one on my left cheek bone just a couple mins ago. Ive never had them fall out like this. I sent pics to my coworker who also does lashes and she said they look like there wasn't enough glue to hold them on (of coarse this is only from pictures). Giving 2 stars is generous. I went in to get my teeth whitened. The person who I had the appointment with did not seem like she wanted to be there, the music is bad 70's & 80's music think Jimmy Buffet, and just had a weird vibe. My teeth were not any whiter, they didn't take a before and after photo, the gal who gave me the whitener to apply myself never checked in on me. Will not be going back and would not recommend. I am not using my real name because I don't feel comfortable but I received microblading from jen. The job she did was okay. It wasn't the best I've had but definitely not the worst either. What kind of made me uncomfortable with flutter and wink is I felt like I was overcharged. Their website and my friends that have used them told me they were charged $500 but Jen actually charged me $600. I am not sure why. I did not even receive much shading. Was my eyebrows more work? Also they take a hefty deposit $250 that is non refundable. I would like to just warn other people who plan to go with flutter and wink. Overall I will not get it done here again. read more

An updated review and experience (still 5 stars): Lash extensions for 2 full years, fills every 4 weeks. Initially got them because they helped me to feel prettily put together right out of bed, which is ideal as I am not allowed to wear makeup for my job... 2 years later decided it's time for a break: while it is affordable, it's not cheap or a necessity. BUT let me tell you: these are ADDICTIVE once you start: I had a hard time ending my appointments.Happy to see my natural lashes still look great! Thank you to Kayla and Shayleyann for making me feel extra beautiful and for taking the time to never damage my natural eyelashes. :) Really enjoyed my appointments with these girls whether it was chatting or enjoying a magical hour long nap. They usually looked perfect for at least 2 weeks, by that 4th (sometimes by 3rd) week they 50% of time looked good, and other 50% of time looked pretty bad. I could have gotten more frequent fills, but I wasn't wanting to commit the extra time and money knowing my lashes COULD do 4 week fills just fine. I might get them again someday, maybe. But for now I will enjoy sleeping with my face in pillow on occasion, rubbing my eyeballs, using any makeup without concern, and being able to customize my lashes based on look... And this might be VERY specific to me, but my outer corner upper lash extensions frequently hooked my outer corner lower lashes when I blinked and this honestly drove me crazy having to fix it many times a day haha. read more

I really liked coming to this place, they eyelashes came out beautiful and they looked natural. I had them done for a vacation i did with my family, my only cons on this were 1.) The lashes i had an were kind of stiff, BUT in all fairness I didnt opt to get the top of the line ones, and 2.) They were a tad expensive, almost $200 for the set, now I know this is a luxury item but still, $200 smackeroos is a little bit of alot.
