The wine and food tour was amazing! We had so much fun and made friends with the rest of the people…read moreon the tour. Great wine, pizza, cheese, atmosphere, bus ride & tour guide. We will be coming back for more and telling everyone we know.

So, we called around 10:30 and no one picked up. And when we left a voice-mail, they called us back saying that they called last night, which they didn't. That they told us the itinerary, which they didn't. The tour was supposed to start at 11, but they started at 10 and they had already started without us. On the website it says it starts at 11 on Sundays. Did I miss something? I am extremely disappointed. I really wish that they actually called us ahead of time and left a voicemail and informed us that it was canceled or that they decided to take another group, so that we had alternative plans for this weekend. We are disappointed that we missed out on other potential outings due to the lack of communication. We were really looking forward to the tour honestly. Instead, we feel like they are gaslighting us to believe that we are in the wrong by saying we never picked up and that we would've gone on the tour had we answered. Trust me, we would've picked up had we received a call. If we received an apology for the lack of communication, I would gladly rescind this review. It's a shame how they choose to approach their customers. I'm sure it would've been very fun to go, but based on my experience, I can't recommend.

Mixed review for me. I went on a historical tour last year as the haunted tour was full. We marked our calendars to come back for the haunted tour. Dr. Hawk takes it a bit serious for me, I was asked/told to stop talking twice (I was whispering with my cousin while masked, it was not loud). It is clear that Dr. Hawk expected everyone to sit and listen attentively to her for the full tour, I am an adult and paid for the experience as things come up I think it should be ok to quietly talk to my companion. The cemetery visits were very interesting, some good info/stories and that was fun. I believe that there is something out there but not sure how much in ghosts and some of the ghost hunting equipment and trying to talk to the spirits was a little out there for me, others seemed to enjoy it, and it was only a smaller portion of the tour. The covid practices were very good, hand sanitizer as you enter the trolley, masks covering nose and mouth. Hoped for some more stories and a little less ghost hunting. Entertaining unique night out

It also gave a good overall background. Sound system in the trolley was good, tour guide spoke clearly. Riders were a mix of locals and visitors. Tour covered downtown area and surroundings. There were moments that felt a little slow, but likely because I'm less interested in some parts of history (ex: this is the oldest brick house in Rochester) than others (ex: that one of the Mayo brothers recycled used x ray panels complete with chest images for the walls of his greenhouse--that's cool).
